@@Gnome7495 You have to hold a long chalk at the back and sweep it in an angle thats like 90 degrees more or less, hold it with little force. I don't know exactly how to explain it, but it is something like that. Then you just keep practising for a few minutes and you have it.

I think they meant his hand doesn't move when he draws a line. Like you know when you try to draw lines on a piece of paper, (or any drawing surface in general) and you sometimes kinda mess it up?

he’s not actually moving his hand at all, the chalk is bouncing like a car with locked brakes and vibrating just above the surface, which by changing the angle you change how much it bounces
