- Take the amazingly popular Bugout and shrink it to sub-3-inch blade, and you get the 533 Mini Bugout. It's even lighter, but doesn't seem as "shockingly light" because the lightness doesn't seem as out of sync with the small size. The result is very compact, light, and easy to pocket. For me, it's not perfect: it's small enough that it's edging into "cramped" territory. But certainly a great unobtrusive knife.
Mini bugout orange! 👋
I love it.
You have an awesome collection! 😍
I really like the Mini for shorts and for around town use . It is very light weight and surprisingly tuff . I started carrying it to work to really test it out and it has stood up to all I need it to do .
Great video. Ima get the full-sized bugout first because the mini is too small in my opinion.
Just ordered the mini bugout for an old friend. My favorite carry is the mini griptillian with the tanto blade but it seems those are discontinued.
Au contraire: Respectfully, I think the flash of light on an uncoated blade catches people's attention, and a little alarm goes off in their heads. So many tech gadgets are black these days that a "blacked-out" knife with modest dimensions might blend in with the background. Nothing gleams like a blade. Jewelry maybe. Most office gadgets that have a silver finish, are not typically polished. I will carry a Kizer Original to the office, and it looks as benign as a Bluetooth device. On other occasions, when I have to virtue signal that I am not sneaking into people's homes through their windows, I carry a Victorinox.
That's not a switch blade, and you're not a gangster; hilarious: lol! 😂
