Mogollon Rim Camping Trip | Arizona Outdoor Paradise

Today we took the weekend off to drive up north towards Payson, Arizona to camp on the Mogollon Rim. We stop by Woods Canyon Lake and meet some locals and talk with a fisherman that had a good day on the lake. It started to get windy as we set up our camp, so we decided to tuck in early. Then we were awoken at 4:30am by snow falling on our tent. Overnight we got a couple of inches of snow in late April. The next day we decided to head down the hill to warmer weather and spent the night at Lo-Lo Mai Springs Campground right on Oak Creek.
