    Not sure if you know this... but if you soap the bottom of the pans before cooking with them... it makes clean up quicker and easier. Old Boy Scout trick.

    My 1st time to your channel and I hear about Onleyville hot weiner sauce, well that made me laugh. I was a firefighter in that neck of the woods for many years, and yes they make the best weiners; but unless you have it with coffee milk it's not the real deal:)

    As a public service announcement, overnight stays at Point Sublime require a backcountry permit. The Forest Service Law Enforcement will issue a hefty citation without the permit. Been there, ask me how I know!

      Would have been a good point for us to bring up, we did have our permit though!

    The North Rim is crazy cool, way better than the South Rim! We tried for Point Sublime a couple years ago but some deep water and soft mud on the road made me say "nope". Ended up camping at Timp Point which was still pretty amazing. Did y'all access Point Sublime Road from the east in the NP or from the north in the NF?

    • @backcountrybeagles
      @backcountrybeagles  Před rokem +1

      We almost had to turn around, glad we didn’t. We entered the trail in the national park. Off of highway 67. Next time maybe we’ll go in another way!

    • @reneepowell8541
      @reneepowell8541 Před rokem

      @@backcountrybeagles we took the route through the NF, headed south into the NP. Still accessed from Hwy. 67, just further north. Fun route while it lasted but trail conditions just beyond my rig's capabilities at the time. Safe travels!

    • @backcountrybeagles

      It does have unibody tie in brackets we fabricated, we go through the process of building them in our video “Building The Overland Tire Carrier Build For The Green Cherokee - PART 1”!

    Arizona is aouth of Utah, and Colorado!
    So, how did you drive "from Colorado ALL the way through Utah"??
    Sedona is south of what is the dead center of Utah!

    • @backcountrybeagles
      @backcountrybeagles  Před 8 měsíci

      We took i70 across Utah and then highway 191 through south eastern Utah down to Arizona for this trip!
