I never realized that I should be emailing multiple people within the same company for the same position at the same time (email the Senior Recruiter & HR Manager for Company A about Position A)!!! This is why it would feel like I was running out of jobs to source, because I would email only one person at the company. Thank you soooo much for making this video Kadz!!
I am such a fast writer, I've decided not to outsource my emails as I have a very fast method at customising; I could send 300 within about two to three hours. I'm a serious keyboard warrior and know my strengths. I'm aware I will need to outsource in the end though due to the demand I will build in the future but want to do my intial emails manually.
