Hey Goonzquad, I've been following your exciting journey, and I want to offer some valuable advice for your consideration when purchasing a large tract of land which was shared with me when I purchased a large tract. While the idea of a beautiful property with a barn & living space sounds fantastic, it's crucial to be aware of potential property tax implications. Many properties in such areas are initially listed as agricultural land, which can have lower tax rates. However, if you plan to build a business or even a homestead, it's possible that the county could change the designation to commercial property or homestead, leading to a significant increase in your yearly tax bill. Before making this move, I recommend thoroughly checking the full cost of ownership, which includes not just the purchase price but also ongoing expenses like property taxes. It could still be an amazing venture, but it's essential to be prepared for the financial aspects of property ownership. Best of luck with your next project!
Gotta see if the land has any reserves on it. Here in DE some farm property have reserves on them so people can’t sell them and build sub divisions and stuff on them. Has to stay farm land for Z amount of years. And that barn could use some work. A roof specifically

Sorry about so many comments. The ideas are just flowing.. make sure the holes on the barn aren't bullet holes left by the crazy neighbors. Remember the golden rule, "if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't."
Honestly, you guys have already outgrown this current property very quickly so it would really be a better investment to buy this current property You’re looking at or a similar property that you can build a much larger garage and build that race track and I remember asked you guys a few years ago what your dream build would be, and that was it.
Billy - Good neighbors are the most important thing
Also Billy - We can build a track to go 100 mph in the Viper
What you do on your property shouldn’t matter to ur neighbors.
@joshdrivez8303 sure it does - it's a residential/rural area and everyone has the right to live peacefully without hillbillies making noise 24-7
Well if they go buy the property and build a race-track that three house would be like a Nascar control-watch-tower.. ;0)

they would probably get there and find out it is actually a yard sea lion
DO IT!!! you should sell those stupid mountain houses that are hard to access and make a big chunk of money....and then build a GIANT building out there and houses...the commercial shop gave you SOO many issues that this one WOULDNT give you and you can go WAY bigger
I agree,Do it but keep that Mountain property in the portfolio. The view alone is $$$
Unless the neighbor is terrible
HI GOONZQUAD GREAT VIDEO ON SHOWING THE PROPERTY THAT Y'ALL MIGHT BUY. HOPE THINGS WORK OUT OK. Y'ALL TAKE CARE. 😊
After all of that cleanup, I can say what a freaking mess! Glad you mentioned it. Lol
2005 is kinda old. Thanks man. Lol
Never late even if in kenya 🇰🇪 29secs in haaa😂❤
The new property looks amazing but seems to far away from everything else you need. Would be perfect for a house and maybe a storage unit for completed vehicles
Definitely on another qith this land a farm , garden for mom and pops 🔥 u name it buy it all . And keep that barn and updated 🥶🎣
The new Goonzsquad garage was pretty big and you boys outgrew that in record time! Y'all need something with a ton of space.. I can def see you on this property!
Keep in mind you might want to do your layout so you could have a small runway for a single-engine airplane.
Hey guys good to see you guys again good luck on everything plz plz plz get the Tesla out 😊😊 good luck
Thank-you for another great video guys
Congratulations on the success boys… God is Good! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Great watching you❤
Its time to expand boys. Go fot it!!
Hell no there’s neighbors right next to them - if you buy land you want no neighbors lol
Go for it, land doesn’t spoil, the bigger the property the more fun to make memories with family and new family members to come.
If you buy a plot of land like that, I highly recommend assembling a barbed wired fence around the perimeter.
Love you guys man!!
I love ur guys new garage and u guy have the paint booth and how are u gonna move it to the new spot
A full road course, skid pad, ten bay shop with two and four post lifts, frame machine, two paint booths, 1/4 Miller drag strip, both your houses, built ground up, horse and corral set up, got starters. Second channel name: The GoonzLife...
Happy to see that you guys make regular video's again. Good decision
You two are truly inspiring! From the heart your humble, respectful, just a Blessed family that started in your driveway! And grew in a Blessed way ! Glory to The Most High God, keep wearing the King Jesus shirt, Jesus is worthy Amen.
Here we go! Time for some Goonzquad
It’s really cool to watch your videos every 2 days like before
Yeah that’s a good idea than build your own shop next to the barn lol
nice property just find out everything about neighbours 😊👌 plenty of room for off-road track 🥰
For all you do, all the experiences you got, I wouldn't hesitate to get that property. That's my humble opinion. God bless you guys.
Nice
Absolutely love how they always greet their pops with a hand shake
Wow..I have been so busy with all my cars and garage.I absolutely love that garage though..I guess if you're getting to.big.for it then you gotta go bigger. Proud of you guys and your dedication.Ive left many you tubers because they are all starting to go nuts selling junk on their channels. We may be starting a channel too. Oh and like that new property and if you can get it for a good price that's a great investment...Youre friend Tyson
Sorry about so many comments. The ideas are just flowing.. make sure the holes on the barn aren't bullet holes left by the crazy neighbors. Remember the golden rule, "if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't."
looked like wood bees
Honestly, you guys have already outgrown this current property very quickly so it would really be a better investment to buy this current property You’re looking at or a similar property that you can build a much larger garage and build that race track and I remember asked you guys a few years ago what your dream build would be, and that was it.
