Most people don't realize you can change the walk speed of Geralt and Roach by pressing Left Ctrl. For Geralt it toggles between walk and jog. For roach it toggles between Walk, Trot, and Canter. It does not work inside of buildings that force Geralt to walk, however.

So recently got into modding the witcher and I've been tweaking around with a lot of mods , while using some of your videos as guides thank you , you should share you mod list that you have in the content on Shared, I've been trying to find the fire swords and powers? Would be cool to be able to replicate the gameplay we see in video...thanks again 👌
Hey Jay! I definitely should put out the entire mod list I use 🤔. The powers I use is a mod called Magic Spells and it is one of my favourite mods 😁. One of the spell relics it has allows you to actively change the status effect on your sword (like fire), hope that helps! 🌊⚡

Hood is from the AMM mod, but there are a lot of mods that share the hood, I know of a mod called "hoods" that is really good as well

Hi, do these mods listed in here require some manual merging? Or it is fairly easy to install and just correct it with automatic merge?
For the entire list to work together I would assume they would require some form of manual merging as more than one alter the lighting and stuff like that. When modding with the Witcher 3 mod manager, if a merge doesn't work and it brings you to the Kdiff screen, there will be a scary screen with a lot of code in a few different boxes. These boxes show each mod that is conflicting witch eachother, for example, A, B and C. Using one of the drop down menus at the top there is an option to select or choose "A", "B" or "C" for everything, (I would choose the most important mod) after selecting one you can save and exit the kdiff screen. By doing this it will select a mod and prioritize it in the code, but should still allow the other mods to work too. That is how I've been merging mods that shouldn't normally work together

Yooo thank you!! Means a lot aha. Yeah the mods for the fire sword is part of the "Magic Spells" mod, it is a trophy relic that allows you to use custom sword magic 🔪🔥 and the animations for the drinking is part of an animations mod I forget the title since I'm not at my computer atm, but it also brought blacksmith animations and stuff too if I remember correctly. I would search for animation mods 😅 wish I could be of more help for the second one but I appreciate the support! I see you are killing it on your channel too! Great stuff man! 😁👍🏾

I think the atmospheric nights mod is cool, but personally I can do without most of these. The mods I think are better are:
- 9000 weight limit
- set skill points per level
- slots slots slots
- money for traders
What is the name of the armor and the cape that you wear in the video in the amm mod and which mods do I need for it?
Never used mods in w3 before.
Took my sweet time on this, unpacking each mod to see install notes and installing them in the ordered listed.
Used script merger to check for conflicts, and it was a clusterf**k ;(
Ignoring the uncorrectable errors in sm, the game just won't start anyway.

Are there any mods that add content to the game? New areas, new monsters, new abilities, etc? It's crazy that this games been out for almost 8 years and there's only cosmetic mods considering how popular it was when the game first came out and the revitalized interest with the popularity of the netflix series
There are a few mods on nexus that add entire new quests and content if I remember correctly. Yeah this video is more for some core game enhancing mods for a better base experience around existing content
Does super turbo work with 1.31? I cannot tell if it's working for me, and I'm too afraid to uninstall and reinstall to check for fear of breaking my game.

Hey! I believe they are the vampire swords they should have like a V in the name if I recall, and the sheaths I can't remember off the top of my head. I did get a mod that turned the sword sheaths black as well
It doesn't look like these mods affect gameplay much? Check out my Handicap Fight videos, I haven't started modding yet, but it's basically a system of Witcher Schools that selects parts of the skill trees so it's not so overpowered.

As of the next gen update the mod limit fix is no longer required according to people in the mods post comments. :)

I can definitely do that! The mods I listed in this video are some of the more important mods that I use in my playthrough, but I would be happy to make a vid on the other mods I use. Hey, are you able to show how to make AMM work??? Geralt keeps appearing as invincible on screen since the start of the game with the mod.
I'll be honest it has been so long since I installed AMM I don't recall the problems I was running into, but I may be able to replicate it on another hard drive or user on the pc and make it work 🤔Keep pushing friend!

Hello my friend, that is another mod I used (A Netflix armor style mod that replaces the Kear Morhen armour I believe. I ended up using another mod that switches the Kear Morhen armor with the Viper armour and equipping that set in AMM. That allowed me to look like this :)

Im actually gettinga script error when installing the turbo lighting mod. I only have SCAAR, Improved signs, and Combo Blood. I cant merge the scripts either. Anyone know what I can do to fix that?
probably don't need turbo lighting mod anymore. I recommend the vanilla enhanced lighting mod and a reshade preset for the next gen update. I have a next gen updated video coming out soon!

Mod is called Magic Spells, easily one of my favourite mods for the Witcher. What you are seeing is the trophy relic that allows you to place spells on your swords 🌊🌊🗡🗡

Sorry to hear that Lawrence! I used the Witcher 3 Mod Manager and Script Merger. When I got conflicts I set mod priorities in the mod manager and merged conflicts with Script Merger :) In order to get these mods in this list to work for me, I had to delete a certain mod that altered Geralt's eyes or else my game wouldn't even start lmao. Mod compatibility is weird, but once you get the right mods together, it makes for a wonderful experience. My best advice is to try one mod at a time and run the game, that way it points out which mods don't like to play with others easily aha

@@lawrenceyaws835 Yeah sometimes the problems can get pretty weird, I plan on making another video talking about complex merging using the Kdiff screen (in that screen you can select either A, B or C for everything, then save and quit which sets priority to resolve conflicts and will create a better merge). Hopefully that issue gets resolved for you! I trust you will have a 🔥 playthrough my friend

Ngl I like the way you think 🤔 that is a smart idea but I don't think I am. Only because many mods in this list require special instructions/compatibility notes to be read from the mod page, and there are multiple versions of a lot of them, so I'd be making a massive file to include all of the versions to cater to everyone's compatibility or preference 😅

Pc specs?
Was recorded on an Nvidia rtx 2060 with a ryzen 5 3600. Since then I've upgraded to a 3080ti and ryzen 9 5900X, which will be what the future videos will be recorded on.
