This is great, Jef! I wanted a good vid on Sampling for Logic for iPad and this is the best one I’ve seen. I’m going to sample a bunch of sounds like you did and make a whole track from just my samples. Thanks for the info and the inspiration!

How long did it take for Logic to create the dmd kit. I’m finding that Logic just freezes after hitting create drum machine designer track. Can’t see that I’m doing anything different from what you’re describing
Is it a super long sample? Mine would take about 10 seconds to analyze…
Are you able to upload to another DAW besides Logic? Say…Studio One?

I agree with Logic but not on iPad. Apple has lost their direction. Why sell the Mac Studio targeted to Logic Pro users then they cheapen it by making it mobile? It’s fun for people new to Logic, but as a longtime Logic Pro user it drives me nuts.
