"2022 Martial Arts Open School In Rwanda" Project | Highlights by The New Times

On 14th of July 2022, the Rwanda Karate Federation under the auspices of the UNESCO ICM successfully concluded the “2022 Martial Arts Open School in Rwanda” project (Karate plus Olympic Values), implemented in collaboration with Lycée Notre-Dame de Cîteaux and Collège Saint-André, from June 11 to July 14.
At the beginning, this 5-week programme attracted altogether 442 students with 305 of them being girls. However, only 232 participants including 174 girls completed the training and were promoted to yellow, orange and green belts respectively. #Karate #OlympicValues #UNESCOICM
