Great video! Thanks for sharing. You do not talk too much. It's fun listening to your stories. I do not talk much in my videos but I also do not talk much in real life. I've got commenters telling me to talk more but it's just not me so I don't. Can't please them all! Keep up the good work and we will see you in the next one!

@@Restorology Awe! Thank you! I’m a natural extrovert so the talking just comes naturally for me. I find you can’t win on social media. Either you talk too much or you don’t talk enough. Thank you for watching. I truly appreciate it.

@@madelinejeanantiquesrestor9074 tried to sand it off but then primed and painted them white. about 6 months later, the brown started showing🙄. Probably gonna start over and do your technique

@@vitendogroup8125 If you use this paint and primer you should be fine. I’ve painted a lot of pieces of furniture white using this line of paint and I’ve had no bleed thru issues.

What type of roller did you use to apply the OHE please?

@@paulipal I used a foam roller one specified for cabinets/flat surfaces. Bought them at Lowes.

@@madelinejeanantiquesrestor9074 Thank you trying to decide if I should roll or spray. I think I may do a combo as I have to cover some panels of textured wallpaper- pretty new to OHE.

Thank you for saying that!!! I think a lot of people are just impatient and they’re looking for 30 second soundbites. The way I teach is giving you the reasons why I’m using a certain method or what I like about a product. I go in depth of why I’m doing something a particular way. I personally like to feel like I’m connecting with people who watch my videos as well. I’m originally from Minnesota and we are chatty people! 😂

@@madelinejeanantiquesrestor9074 yes! And not skipping the super important part of prepping your work! You’re actually teaching people the proper way to get the proper results! lol and not just little before and after with junk that’s just going to look terrible in a year.. some things shouldn’t be turned into shorts.. @@flippinzippo9670 I also find if I’m super thorough on my videos, then there’s less questions at the end from a viewer. My goal here on my channel is to truly teach people to be self-sufficient when it comes to refinishing furniture and actually learning. Anyone can create fluff and flash videos. Not my style. Thank you for continuing to enjoy the videos that I create. It means a great deal to me. Signed, Almost an old lady
