EFCC Vs Bello: It's Difficult to Fault High Court's Judgement Restraining His Arrest - Tietie

  • The history of EFCC's dealings with Yahaya Bello shows that it is carrying on an agenda of untruth, media trial and an attempt to deny him of his right to fair trial and liberty.

    😂😂I believe the mosquito 🦟 that is biting the Former Kogi State Governor is coming from the Aso Villa. The Former Governor made it clear that he respected and respects only Former President Buhari in the APC. Recall how he became Governor. He was not Jagaban's candidate. This same Former Governor refused to step down for Jagaban during APC's primaries. The Aso Villa just wants to make him irrelevant in the APC. This lawyer is really funny. A court order from Kogi State where he is in charge? Why not honour the invitation and prove his innocence.

      Nobody is denying that Yahaya Bello is not a criminal, if they really care about defending Nigeria or poor masses they should start by arresting Akpabio and others who currently padded the budget, stole billions in the past and their past cases with EFCC when it was not TINUBU should be invoked back again? Why is EFCC not arresting these house of rep representatives who recently stole money and even indicted themselves publicly? Is it because they are for TINUBU? They should leave Yahaya Bello alone and arrest from the top, there are more thieves there?

  • @DrB836
    @DrB836 Před měsícem +6

    Nigerians don tire me😮. Since this Yahaya Bello became Governor, most Nigerians have been screaming and complaining including the Kogi people how he ran the affairs of the state with impunity. I assume those were mere allegations out of jealousy and envy? Now, the EFCC has invited him for questioning, same Nigerians are on the streets defending him. Is he the only Former Governor that has been invited by the EFCC for questioning?

    We are talking about the survival of Nigeria as a country, and some people are here talking about legal technicalities.
    If I were the president, I would set aside some aspects of the law and apply the "Chinese approach" in dealing with corruption in Nigeria. Look, we won't get out of the mess we are in if we continue to deal with issues with kid gloves. Nigeria needs a brutal but benevolent leader in the mode of Paul Kagame to reset it. Take some our and see if others won't sit up and stop their bad behaviour.

    They know where Yahaya Bello is. It is not difficult at all. I know of a Nigerian who has been followed around by DSS for 22 years. Yet DSS conspired with Gani Adams to lie against the person. They still cannot prove anything after 22 years. Since the person is clean and they are the liars. They can always know where a target is. Picking up depends on sincerity of their own purposes. This is EFCC but I am sure they work with DSS. Yahaya committed this crime in his first month in office in 2016. Where have they been since? Yahaya and El-Rufai want to be president which I think is impossible in this messed up Nigeria. That is the problem!

    The law vs morals. For me, when it comes to corrupt politicians, those stupid Nigerian laws should be set aside. Apply the law to common cases not on issue of corruption. Corruption is worst than death. Its worst than adultery and fornication. Those are sins against yourself and ur partner. Corruption on the hand is sin against a people, a state, families, communities, a country and the world at large. I so much dislike the enthusiasm Frank is using to cover up for Bello.

When an ordinary citizen steals, it's easy for him/her to be apprehended, the law takes its course but when the rich elites squander our common patrimony, human right jargons to exonerate them come on stage..
