Thank you so much for this. I was sceptical about following videos and downloading the mentioned softwares but I still went ahead. So my Mac Air M1 got infected with malware and adware when I was trying to download cracked versions of SPSS. I followed the steps mentioned here and was simultaneously talking to the Apple Support person on call. The Malwarebytes and Avast did identify the defects and quarantined them but I was still getting redirected to bogus websites when I searched for anything on Safari. The final thing that worked was a software update. The order of steps suggested in the video is perfect! It was similar to what Apple help guided me to do. Overall, SUPER THANKFUL for this video and especially for the comments that said it worked. If not I wouldn't have tried it at all. And SO, I feel obliged to praise the channel! THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙌💕

I love this video, I have been doing this on Windows PC’s for years and in recent years things have kind of changed. However, with my Mac I have never had a problem but since this computer is in my family room now it is constantly riddled with some pop up virus or “your computer is out of memory” BS.
