Man, did this as day 3 of the mass building program. I am not sure about those jumping lunges though after yesterday's lower body workout. I could barely get through them after going heavy yesterday. My legs are seriously feeling it!

My son got a new skip rope and I wanted to workout. We did this video together outside and we had a blast. I love your workouts and would like to see more incorporating various light weight equipment - skipping rope, physio ball and resistance bands.

the best workout shoe should fit your foot type: some people have flat feet, others high arches, etc.; if you visit a local sports shoe store you can try on a variety of cross trainers and see which one fits your foot best...the salespersons should be very helpful; remember, not all feet are created equal! ;)

I always jumps rope with my bare feet isn’t bad? Because when I wear shoes I feel uncomfortable and can’t do well with my bare feet each 40 sec I can jump around 110 times after I didn’t workout about 1 year 😂😂😂
