- In todays episode we are back on the stepframe, but this time we are headed to the bottom end of Ayrshire to collect some forklifts and Handlers, before heading all the way down south to being back some brand new Scania trucks from the docks, unfortunately that doesn’t go quite to plan

Hi Shaun, Put the merlo right up to the step or a close as you can with tucking you pallet forks tines either side of the load on the neck. Getting good at using the chains 😉😉
Good tip! cheers mate
Keep up the good work lad 🚛
Cheers my man
The road from Sanquhar to the motorway, what a gorgeous road that is 😮💨👌
Awwww it’s some road
@@ShaunThomson_ can be a tight cunt of a road 😂, but some road aw the same, keep up the good work 🤙
I drive it most days . , the road was in a terrible state earlier this year
@@baileymcvie1434 I have family down in Sanquhar, so down that road a few times a year, I’m not surprised, that road has some of the biggest craters I’ve seen on it 🤣
past you this afternoon at Hillington, motor is braw
Cheers my man appreciate it
Mega content mate. I’d try and get your loads more central, like the handler you did for MJ hughes put the boom up and tuck the forks down and have the machine central on your trailer, better for axel weight and you’ll find it will better traction. I’d have personally loaded the Scanias nose to nose, again weight is central on your trailer, use recovery straps too if you can. Great to see your learning curve.
Cheers my man I appreciate it Mc and the advice my last couple I’ve been doing have been nose to nose, seemed to be a common comment when I was loading 😂😂
@@ShaunThomson_ your getting there with it, keep at it, it’s great seeing your progression. Tags are great for axel weights and some Volvos tell you on the menu screen your axel weights. Try and keep weight central, it will drive better. A tip in the Scanias too, when in reverse, push the stalk towards the dash as though your down gearing and hold it a few seconds, it will say R1M, that’s manoeuvre mode and you have better control.
If that motor goes half as fast as fast as it did when dodger drove it she will still be a flying machine hiy😂
😉
Aberdonians make sheep skitish as well.
😂😂😂
