- Hello guys, in this video I will show you how to create simple spinning circle animation in Photoshop.
This video is a continuation of Photoshop motion and animation tutorial that I have made some before.

In this video we will use four circles converted into one smart object, then we use Transform (Rotate) Keyframe animation to create circle animation that rotates inside the circle, each circle has a different rotation tempo.

Is there a way to turn off snapping on the video frames?
I don't think there is a way, because if you zoom in the timeline, you will still get snapping on frames.
