When you see a weird team formation in Pokémon, alway remember, they either are a pro with a good team formation or just a guy trying to test his team.
I’ve used teams like this. But I’ve had a lot of people just go “you should be ashamed of yourself!” And then leave while I lead with my Merciless Toxapex

Seeing as 1/3rd of the team can works as effective stall breakers, the other 1/3rd are defensive pivots, and skarm can be an effective lead this just seems like a balance team with a blissey on it.
If you happen to be playing mainly in Double Battles, you can use a Spinda holding a Quick Claw, with full IV and EV in attack and speed and then use Skill Swap.

Always fun to see a team that isn’t stall. While it's fun watching toxic players get salty over it, it is kind of boring to watch. Dude did pretty good though. And was a fairly good sport.

Oh man, I actually used a similar Gliscor strategy way back when I briefly attempted Showdown back in the days of Gen VI. Only difference was, mine would Fling its Toxic Orb, freeing itself up to take full advantage of Acrobatics. =p So this brought back fond memories for me!
