I agree, RAW meat does not have a good taste. Try it sometime without seasoning and then cook it well done without seasoning. The well done will have a nice taste that developed through cooking. I once had to survive by eating raw meat of animals I killed. It was only 12 days, but it was enough to prove my statements,I challenge you to try it. ( well done meat ) the fat that renders down into tallow probably contributes a lot. Don’t knock it if you haven’t tried it.😊😊😊
