I just have a few questions, I tried running the Process Monitor and many of the things you did here. I didn't know how to add the exe files giving me issues since, they wouldn't show up on Process Monitor. They are Steam Games and they still gave me the 0xc000007b issue even after all of this.
Also I did all the scans and it found that some of my Xinput9_1_0 and Xinput1_4 were corrupted and after fixing them, and running the scan again, it says everything is fine. Yet the games STILL give me this pop up. Other games work fine, so I'm unsure what is the problem. So I was hoping Process Monitor could help me, but I can't seem to get it to find the Process of the Exe Files giving me issues.

So i first got the message 120 dll file was missing i then replaced it but then got the "0xc00000007b" message. The solution for me was the programm at 8:20 which finally told me i was using the x32 verision not the x64 version of the 120 dll file I replaced. So i redownloaded 120dll, replaced and BOOOOM 3 days of trying to fix this finally paid of and that annoying message is gone now. Thank you so much for this video!!
