Ingredients 材料 :
220g (1 3/4 cups) plain flour （普通面粉）
1/2 tsp baking powder （发粉）
1/2 tsp baking soda （苏打粉）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
30g (1/4 cup) ground almond （杏仁粉）
50g (1/3 cup) toasted almond, chopped （烘香杏仁，切碎）
90g caster sugar （细砂糖）
120ml corn oil （玉米油）
