Whereas an emoloyee is paid to work for the forty hours you’ve paid them for assumed for their full efforts for those hours which isn’t truly possible if you’re working multiple jobs at the same time. Real estate wealth is how he built, expanded Ramsey Solutions. He is not a baby steps millionaire, this is just the 'product' he sells to buy more real estate, including the land and building that houses Ramsey Solutions.
Working from home impacts commerical real estate negatively. Corporate office space goes empty. He is going to be against working from home, no matter what.
I didn't realize he was so anti union. I should have, but I didn't. Disturbing. I am truly considering no longer watching.
I am in a family of coal miners, and unions have saved their lives from unsafe working conditions ignored by the coal companies. Before the unions, miners had to pay for the tools they used to mine the coal.
Imagine looking at your auto deposited check on your mobile phone, and see the amount less than it should be. When you pull up the check stub, you see deductions for the pens, paper, internet etc.etc. you used while at your employer's office. You don't have these items, they belong to your employer, you were charged a rental fee of sorts to use them to make a profit for your employer. This sh*t is what was done to miners for years. I was still working and actually worked even harder. I even ended up automating some systems so I'd be done with my "day job" by 11am and took on a 3rd job. Anti-work has nothing to do with people believing they shouldn't work and be given stuff by society (at least the majority of them don't believe this). Is it wrong to want to have better working conditions or a better country to live in? No, it's not. So stop using the whole "go find another job" argument.

There is production based pay and time based pay.
Production based pay: People should be paid 40 hours salary for 40 hours of work while meeting quality expectations. If it takes someone 30 or 50 hours to do 40 hours of work, they get paid the same. If the person working 50+ hours wants to work 40 hours, they get paid less. The opposite for the faster worker.

So honestly while his practices are weird and can be concerning there’s something to be said about the fact that he doesn’t hide the ball about it so if you take a job with him you know what houre signing up for and choose if that’s what you want or not.
