I loved how Maria didn't bulldoze all the old, but by resurfacing, faux painting and more brought the home up to date. It's a sin to demolish good stuff. Gorgeous light fixtures and appliances! The white subway tile, real plants and natural wood tones keep this estate very inviting and welcoming!

My favorite thing is how she took all of the old orange-y wood and made it a light neutral color, flooring, ceiling, cabinets, doors …

Maria has a calm way about her and she’s just easy to watch. The opposites of personality is really evident in these videos and the elegance that she is just cool and down to earth and doesn’t get obnoxious or ache for the spotlight.

I loved how even Maria with such a huge budget chooses to do some budget friendly tricks like with her kitchen and the wallpaper from Amazon, and everything looks stunning! Thank you Rebecca for showing us her beautiful homes, we want to see more of that!

I love how she utilized so many existing features without totally ripping everything apart, especially the kitchen. My favourite is the master bathroom and the flower wallpaper in the extra bathroom.

The bathroom was my favorite with the chandellier. I learned to just paint things white and they become a luxury item! Beautiful.

Rebecca, I'd love for you to review this home's design style. I saw things that were industrial, traditional, glam, farmhouse, etc. but the end result was cohesive. How do you guys do that? I'd keep the outdoor fireplace; IMO it's a unique and beautiful structural focal point. I really loved those kitchen counters but the master bathroom light fixture was my favorite; looked like a crystal wisteria tree. Gorgeous! Thanks again, Rebecca. I always learn so much from you!

Oh any inches of this project absolutely perfection …just before ending the video two lady seatings on chairs positioned under angle (not side by side )is as brilliant as whole project not missing any details make my heart happy…never gone live in home like that but make me happy to know some lucky people gone have chance to live in almost museum quality….zero depression house the best remodelling ever ❤

I loved how Maria repurposed items inside her home in a remarkable way. She is a great example of turning existing items looking luxurious and cost efficient. Her project time was impressive. We need Maria to share her tips to achieve great results in a shorter time span. Maria must have loyal trades and great command keeping projects on schedule.

What a fabulous home! I love Maria’s taste, it’s classic but combined with Uber-modern and some serious glam. And she knows where to invest: those “cristallo” stone tops are just breathtaking. And the quarzite and an entire bed headboard made of madreperla?! My jaw dropped. It’s so fun to see you two ladies get along so well and such an honor to be invited to join your time together.
