that's not enough info to determine why you're getting 50fps. Rust uses a ton of RAM so if you have slow ram or a low amount that could heavily affect it. Not to mention pop and map size making
I have a 13 Gen I7. 4060 TI, 32 gigs of ram and with these setting and basic windows running I’m at 45% GPU load and 50% ram load at a perfect 165 capped FPS. With nvidia’s optimized settings my gpu load is at 75-95 and bounces from 150-165 SOMETIMES
Check if your ram speed is set to the speed that youre supposed to have if not go to bios and put a xmp and set ur ram speed to your normal ur supposed to bave
@@ramboi9498 first, I cannot open task mangaer while playing becuase alt-tabbing crashes the game. Second, I believe it's my ram but I can't really tell
I have this weird issue where rust uses less ram over time until its only using 5 gb out of 16gb and then plays like dogshit. I have a decent pc too. 100-200 fps.
get 32gb. I just had to upgrade sadly but its only like 65$ rn if youyy get the corsair 32gb. def worth for overall pc use too. I dont even freeze when loading in or alt tabbing anymore its actually beautiful
Don’t listen to this guy. Higher FOV means more in the scene for the computer to render, which means performance hit. Lower FOV less in the scene to render, equals better performance.
very good video, youll take off soon
