Just lower the graphics, are yall dumb? Yall could play on 90-120 fps if you would just turn the graphics down and put in a few commands, and the game would still look really good. Wish I'd have your problems
xmp does make your ram faster but it doesnt really have a impact while gaming if you do enable it to your adviser speed and your game crashed or your pc while gaming go back to bios and lower the speed by 100 do that until your system is stable

Your specs are similar to mine. I'm rtx2060 32gb. I go back and forth at 40-50fps too. If you get a lot, it's 80😢
Faster ram will def help I went from 2400mhz to 3200 and got like 20 more fps
its your cpu thats holding your gaming experience back, your gpu is fine though.

Make sure you use display port and it’s plugged in your graphics card if your using hdmi that’s probably why
