    Very subtle smirk when he scores the second wrist shot of the ironwork :D
    Also very informative...I have 0 wrist shot game as a defensive player who love slapshots when the opportunity arises.
    I think the hands out and the loading the back leg with the weight transfer are the things I'll be trying in warm up.
    I thought the Flex section would have possibly mentioned how to select a good stick flex rating to play with, but the rest of the video was so good I can give that a pass.

      See video at 5:45>> look at where you want the puck to go... like when you throw a baseball.... you look at your target.... most people, including me, look at the puck.... you ever throw a baseball looking at the ball??

      hey man don't worry about that you can always practice at home to get a cheap stick and a puck and just work on puck handling and positioning try and find friends that play and can help you learn
