Speedsters are said to have decelerated aging to accompany their accelerated healing. Eobard Thawne says he and Barry have been fighting for centuries and Abracadabra claimed they have been enemies for years and he is from the 64th century. Now, they may have traveled back to the past to meet Barry, or perhaps Barry lived into their time period. Barry in 2056 when he should be about 67 sounds virtually the same. If you ask me, he sounds like emo Barry does. Emo Barry from 2024 had a lower pitched voice too that sounded like he was depressed. He doesn't actually sound old, probably because physically, he is not.

Buried Alien The 2056 message happed post Flashpoint but that was during season 3, in which the timeline consisted of Iris being killed by Savitar. The fact that this timeline stood outside of the original being that it started with Flashpoint and it was changed by the end of the season, that video from 2056 does work. I think when this episode came out the byline of the newspaper article didn't have Iris West-Allen underneath anymore (at the time), so maybe if that changed, then the future could have changed to and he doesn't go missing for 25 years? But now obviously in season 5 we know that the newspaper has Iris West-Allen underneath it again so the future got fixed and he will go missing for 25 years and eventually become the lightning bolt that created him? And remember that timeline was caused by a loop and also iris's death. But now since that loop is broken cause iris is still alive, that timeline doesn't exist anymore.

Buried Alien The 2056 message happed post Flashpoint but that was during season 3, in which the timeline consisted of Iris being killed by Savitar. The fact that this timeline stood outside of the original being that it started with Flashpoint and it was changed by the end of the season, that video from 2056 does work. Barry Allen figures it out sometime between 2024 and 2056
which would explain why he went out of his way to warn the past.
