- Hello guys and gals, it's me Mutahar again! This time we take a look at what appears to be an update to the Mamamax video. Since seven months ago a lot has happened in regards to the once beloved investigator on CZcams and since his fall from grace a lot of moves have been made and none of them have been good. Funny story. So during Muta's podcast "Some Ordinary Podcast", they were talking about the mamamax situation with Nexpo.
During the heated moment where they found out Mamamax was going to sue Muta for breaking their "NDA", Muta went to his lawyer and during the whole investigation, he asked his lawyer that, "If the time ever comes, will you stand at court against a ChatGPT lawyer?"
His lawyer laughed so hard that the question made his day. Mamamax is in a losing battle on making ChatGPT his lawyer. 😂

Just one thing i'll say, getting denied for disability doesnt mean you dont have one. Most applicants get denied the first time because the system is more complicated than they think.
Yeah my brother got denied disability for adhd, partially because he forgot to turn in the paperwork(I’m surprised that bungle didn’t approve him automatically 😂)

Can confirm. I have a medically diagnosed illness with no cure, and was denied because I "had no disability" according to them until I took it to court.
The "medical professionals" that review the cases are jokes as well. They barely even qualify.

ChatGPT lost some lawyers their whole career, to be fair, the lawyers were trash tier, but ChatGPT is stll not ready for this type of work and might not be for years. It still lies and makes up information, when you have to fact check every sentence for a tool, that tool isn't that useful.
There was a personal injury case in federal court against an airline where the lawyers used ChatGPT to do the research, and write the briefs. It referenced fake lawsuits, an opinion from a judge that didn't exist, and generally got the lawyers ridiculed by everyone once they were finally forced to admit it. I think there was a LegalEagle video about it.

As a CASA volunteer - if he's involving himself (and not law enforcement or the courts) in any situation where children are in danger, he's in violation of his terms with CASA. We're not to interfere in anyway that might inhibit the legal system from getting justice for children.
Hey, would you mind explaining a bit about what you do as a volunteer? I've been living here all my life and only recently learned about CASA. I'm super interested in volunteering myself!

lots of states have passed laws so it has to be a police at the keyboard and not some youtuber. people like Max are why they made these laws they've ruined LOTS of cases including the famous Onision case where chris hansen mishandled the evidence(onision was having teens send him underwear pics to "rate their body" on his private site that pedos loved to visit to see the pics)

I do have to say something about the Spencer thing posted on Reddit. Just because someone is determined to not be disabled, it doesn't mean they aren't. ~70% of disability applications are denied the first time they apply in America. Especially if you're younger, they hold age against you heavily. I'm in my early 30s and suffer from a couple autoimmune diseases among other issues and I was denied this year. Am now working with a lawyer who assists with disability applications to appeal. Doesn't mean they weren't lying (they probably were lol) but I just wanted to throw that info out there anyways just to inform some who might not know.

For sure. I’m 23 and walk with a cane due to musculoskeletal issues and uc, but it’s not enough despite my doctors suggesting I receive disabilities bc I experience frequent hospitalizations that result in me getting fired a lot
I'm 28 but started my claim at 22 and had to to through 3 appeals and I have several disabilities that not only put me in a power chair to leave the house for short term periods only and need full time carers, but also generally keeps me in bed and makes my brain basically shut down plus frequent pass out episodes and frequent significant allergic reactions and a bad heart and a big list of mental illnesses cuz my body apparently won the chronic illness lottery 🙃. I eventually got it because they sent me to this dr who tried to say that I definitely needed a wheelchair but could still somehow use a ladder and a bunch of other whack nonsense and I think even the judge was just like wtaf to that quack lol. But yeah denial of disability claims in America means literally nothing regarding validity

Thankfully I’m not the USA so I do get welfare with reasonable check up requirements, however it’s a “jobseeker” benefit over a “supported living” benefit bc I’m in study & my high personal standards won’t let me give in to becoming a NEET. I have faith I will work again one day, but no I am absolutely not seeking a job _right now_ despite my benefit title, lol.

If you take Spencer at their word, they admit to...
1. Securing a child at the request of someone she knows to be s****ly violent, and dangerous.
2. She not only knew the target was a pre-teen, but sought them out because of this.
3. Arranged for the child's transportation, to a person she know to be dangerous.
4. Beleived a battery on the child was occurring and did nothing to intervene.
5. Beleived she had knowledge of a child being violently violated and did not report this to the authorities.
If she's telling the truth, she's admitting to some fairly heinous crimes. For her sake, she better hope she made all this up.

I remember watching a MamaMax video, and him mentioning *by name* a c/p video and that he watched it because of the research and investigations he was doing, as if he was some sort of hero for braving that kind of content. Felt extremely skeeved out, and I’m honestly surprised he hasn’t had his own computers etc looked into…
I’ve been on the internet for a looooong time. I’m old, I’ve been around the block of 4chan and beyond back in my youth, and I’ve seen a lot of ish that most people don’t get exposed to. That being said - I have *never* come across anything even remotely like that online, and I strongly believe you seriously have to PURPOSEFULLY dig and search for that kind of content to even come close to the faintest hints of it.

also, mamamax is no professional. he is not law enforcement, a lawyer, anything of the sort. he did not have to watch that video. depending on where he was looking, it was obvious what the video's contents would be. he subjected himself to these videos. i dont want to say "he wanted to", that's an assumption, but i know he didnt have to, and that its wrong he watched it in its entirety.

none of these videos necessitated watching. he knew what he was looking for, and he isnt a police officer, its not his job to put himself through all the material. i cant think of any reason he would possibly have to, when he is in no (legal) position to help people, even with his platform. he is basically a volunteer, and a volunteer playing around with all of this stuff can be damaging.

Aside the Sneako 2 Electric Boogaloo, it's not as implicating (for Charlie here... I cannot blame the back tracking for what was discussed at the time. The subject matter at hand is still all the more of tricky subject to establish any fine line on, still could have done better yet it ain't too bad, he can relatively come back from it... Plus eventually, I know Sneako's type of execution here, all the more familiarly dishonorable and tainting)

Can't believe I used to be a fan. I never took his stiff seriously as there was always a thought in the back of my mind like "This is way too well made and dramatic to be real". Then his all too sudden downward spiral really solidified it.
I mean before the pdf hunter stuff his videos on Kanye quest etc were pretty good. As I watched his first few hunting videos it was like you said, it felt kinda icky that he kept the same style and dramatized what he was presenting as accurate information regarding real crimes. Same here. I took his stuff as a overly produced documentary type deal but with actual good intentions. Dramatized things get more views, after all. I was groomed when i was 12 and i appreciated the idea of someone doing what he did. I had a feeling to not put him on a pedestal but i did. i think it’s okay to have been a fan of his especially since a lot of us that were fans of his were kids, like I think the first time I saw his vids I was like 13 (that makes me sound like i’m still a kid but i’m 20 now), it’s not a sin nor does it make you a bad person to be a tiny bit gullible and optimistic thinking that someone *wouldnt* flat out lie about serious things

@@MordecroxIn case covered by Legal Eagle (the one involving Avianca airline) I couldn't find any information about the lawyers being disbarred. The lawyers were sanctioned with 5000$ fine and ordered to inform every judge cited in made-up cases about the situation.
Good luck rebuilding your reputation among the clients and fellow lawyers after that though.
Honestly, Spencer's story reminds me of the type of groups that would show up on about any messaging app that allowed you to make public groupchats- which were Roleplayers. Back then, people used to become their niche little groups known as families as in- some person is a fatherly figure and so on. What I think the friend meant towards fanfiction might've actually been roleplay that Spencer has been trying to explain as if it was a real thing that happened- because as someone who was a roleplayer and preyed upon, these "families" were often all you had to socialize with online and for some people; even real life, so it honestly felt real even if it were all just written correspondences between people.

Met so many weirdos, I even recall one guy who cat fished me and when I spoke with him in a PS4 party, I immediately felt uncomfortable. When I told him my age (16 at the time), he said "it's ok, I like them young."
I immediately blocked the guy, left the PS4 party, and reported him to an admin of the group who thankfully banned him. After that incident, I uninstalled Kik and never looked back

Fortunately for me tbh, I realised how valuable the currency of empathy is (the only account in my name that is LOADED lol) and that this certain species of people I attract (through my own evolved confidence towards my vulnerability vs their feigned vulnerability) are not deserving nor capable in this currency economy.
I joined tumblr (& fandom FB groups around the same time) in 2012 and only now at 26 is my radar for these traits in other women so intensely refined. These kind of ppl have even walked & talked their way into my/my peer’s irl lives too, but trust that the period during which they are tolerated only gets shorter over time hahah.
