Think about how much humanity has developed technologically in just the past 10-20 years, now imagine how much more advanced a civilization could be if it had let’s say a 1-2 billion year head start on us or even more(note human civilization is only around 12k years old depending on how you measure it)

Which would indicate that either we or them (or both) were planted here by something else. It could even suggest that we are, in fact, living in a simulation and that humans are repeated everywhere in the universe. But forgetting all of that, the way humans are with war on this one planet, 2 or more planets with humans is never gonna end well.

What people apparently seem to forget is that those radio signals travel at the speed of light. This means it would take 90 years for our radio signals to reach them and vice versa.
It's possible that they are the exact same species if a former human civilization had expanded to other parts of the galaxy but was then nearly wiped out here sending us back to the stone age, however both parts of that are extremely unlikely
