Stealers Wheel 'Stuck In The Middle With You', saw them live once many years ago. The koftas look great, I will have to get myself down to Iceland and buy some.

@@Papparoni I have just read that Joe Egan sadly passed away last Saturday aged 77. That is both writers of 'Stuck In The Middle With You' now gone.

Easy enough. Cook the egg, then replace the egg yolk with a chunk of cheese. Cover with seasoned sausage mince and bread crumbs.
You have the best poker face when you trying the food. I never know what you are going to say

Oh i do love a good Lamb Kofta Papp... But with the addition of Mutton and Beef... As well as a delicious gooey Cheesy inner too... They look absolutely amazing... The Cheese in the middle of these Koftas... Reminds me a little of the jars of the bright Orange Kraft Cheese Spread we used to get in the mid 1980's... It was actually incredibly strong tasting Cheese Spread... I wish that they were still available to purchase today... It was even stronger than the Cheese filling found inside of the Tuc Sandwich Cheese Crackers... 😋 I'm salivating just thinking about it now... 🤤 I'll also have a look at some of the other Iceland items that are on their 3 for £10 mix and match offer... 👍 Many thanks for the review Papp... Yummo! I could say a dozen disgusting things about the juice in the hole of the kofta you were squeezing. But not today.
These would be great served as kebabs in a pita. The airfryer cooked them well.
