    2. Thinly slice the garlic. Chop the broccolini into bite sized pieces. Slice the mushrooms. Chop the green onions

    This looks so yummy. Tip: If any of you are vegan you should use sea salt instead of pink salt because vegans need the iodine which is a a mineral we vegans need. What are my credentials? Registered Nurse, here in Austin, Texas. This dish looks fabulous, I can't wait to make it. 😋

      What do you consider ‘pink salt?’
      My concern is this... what is widely known as ‘pink salt’ in the culinary industry is the salt used for preserving meats; it has nitrates and nitrites mixed with the salt. Do you mean the Himalayan pink salt? That is a very different kind of salt.

      @lobiesoso Před 4 lety +7

      @Lena Meier Himalayan salt also called pink salt. contains 84 minerals and trace elements such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, sulfur, zinc and iron.
      You need much less salt and it also contains a much lower sodium content which is healthier for you and protects body from heavy metals.
      It has a supporting function for building a healthy body and strengthens the bones. You can also use Himalayan salt to maintain low blood pressure and it helps the intestines to absorb nutrients better, making it an excellent ingredient to support your diet.
      Brown cane sugar and regular sugar (granulated sugar) consist of the same components (glucose and fructose) and provide the same amount of calories.
      You cannot say that one of the two is healthier. Cane sugar contains a very small amount of minerals. This amount is so low that it does not contribute to meeting the daily recommendations.

      I was wondering ,..in Montreal we have a Vietnamese restaurent called Lien and they make grilled chicken with lemon grass and sometimes served on what they call a fried noodle nest with vegetables and the taste of this grilled lemon grass chicken is out of this world ,........would you have a recipe for this as I'm new to your channel ?
