This must be the best channel on CZcams for vegan Asian food :D
😇 I do my best
@solo I've known peaceful cuisine for a long time, but I mostly watch those recipes for the aesthetics, whereas I have already tried several dishes from wil's channel, because they are very easy to follow and don't require a huge amount of preparation
@@sarahhenning5484 I totally agree with both your statements 😊👍
It is a really good channel. The Korean Vegan is also very good!
Soooo true
My youngest has a birthday today.
I wanted something special for him and this is perfect.
He has loved hot, spicy food since he was a little baby.
Thank you, Wil.
My child will be so happy to eat this.
Have a beautiful day/night from your fans in Australia.
Awesome!! Hehe spicy food is so good and so addictive ☺️ hope you are keeping well and great vibes from Canada 🇨🇦
Oh so happy the noodles and 🥦 are back so delicious. Thanks Wil. 😊
There aren't that many Asian vegan recipe blogs, so as an Asian vegan, I'm incredibly grateful for your channel (especially for all the noodles recipe) :D
Also, your surname is the same as my partner's! Where are you from?:)
Thank you so much ☺️ hehe I’m from Hong Kong 🇭🇰
I'm a vegetarian and I always wanted to make Korean dishes but in korean dishes most of the dishes contains meat and I have no idea about what to put to substitute meat. Thank you sir for sharing vegan dishes! It truly inspires me to try many dishes.
😇
Just leave the meat out. The dish is the sauce, not the meat.
@@alexiswinter6948 Thanks for sharing information!
This looks so yummy. Tip: If any of you are vegan you should use sea salt instead of pink salt because vegans need the iodine which is a a mineral we vegans need. What are my credentials? Registered Nurse, here in Austin, Texas. This dish looks fabulous, I can't wait to make it. 😋
Beautiful production, Mr Wil, so much learned from your cooking!
I love your videos! It's not so easy to find simple recipes, which I can cook after work but will have a good complex taste. Thanks for that :) will definitely try it this week, greetings from Germany
Awesome 🙌🏻🥳 great vibes from Canada 🇨🇦
LAY HO MA!! If you love noodles like me be sure to check out or get your copy of the Vegan Ramen Cookbook here www.yeungmancooking.com plus in the same link, it can get your free ebook with 5 super easy plantbased recipes to help you get started cooking today 👨🏻🍳🙌🏻🍜
Looking forward to making these! I only have rice noodles, but that will work.
What do you consider ‘pink salt?’
My concern is this... what is widely known as ‘pink salt’ in the culinary industry is the salt used for preserving meats; it has nitrates and nitrites mixed with the salt. Do you mean the Himalayan pink salt? That is a very different kind of salt.
Can you add japchae to your list of recipes to show next? I can never get the sauce right.
THIS WAS INSANELY GOOD!! THANK YOU!! We were floored!
👏🏻
Yeah I use Himalayan pink salt ☺️
You sir! Are doing God's work!! May I ask why you decided to open up a veg channel for a mostly non veg cuisine?
Don't stop though. And I'll be your subscriber forever.
Thank you so much ☺️ and welcome 🥳 glad you’re here! Hmm I started the channel years ago and then took a break and then cane back lol I’ll probably delve more into in a q+a or something 😅
@@YEUNGMANCOOKING be sure to tell us the reason then! And are you yourself a vegetarian?

I stumbled upon your 'peanut ramen noodle' video and 6 videos later, I am here. I am learning so much. You are like a 'vegan hidden gem' on CZcams. I am amazed by the simplicity of your cooking. I want to try everything I have watched so far! It will not take long before you have half a million then 1 million subscribers, you truly deserve it.
Thank you so much ☺️ I admire your kind words and so glad you’re here
I just found you channel 2 days ago, and I love everything about it! Clear instructions, no half an hour storytime and an appreciation of food, that inspires even me to take my time, instead of eating my dinner half done!
But I have to ask: What is so special about pink salt and cane sugar?
Thank you so much ☺️ and welcome! Glad you’re here 🥳 haha i only have pink salt in my pantry for salt and cane sugar for sugar besides say soy sauce and maple syrup just personal preference really
@Lena Meier Himalayan salt also called pink salt. contains 84 minerals and trace elements such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, sulfur, zinc and iron.
You need much less salt and it also contains a much lower sodium content which is healthier for you and protects body from heavy metals.
It has a supporting function for building a healthy body and strengthens the bones. You can also use Himalayan salt to maintain low blood pressure and it helps the intestines to absorb nutrients better, making it an excellent ingredient to support your diet.
Brown cane sugar and regular sugar (granulated sugar) consist of the same components (glucose and fructose) and provide the same amount of calories.
You cannot say that one of the two is healthier. Cane sugar contains a very small amount of minerals. This amount is so low that it does not contribute to meeting the daily recommendations.
I made this and it was delicious 😋 the cilantro on top really takes it to the next level. thanks for another great recipe Wil!!!
🥳
You are The best
It looks delicious! Thanks, Wil!
