    Great trip, finally you are back. And yes, IB variant on Singapore - Malaysian route, because usually EB is dominated on this route.

      Thank you again for dropping by. Operators here tend to opt for the KIB variant for single-deckers.

    I had terrible experience with cityline mid June 2023. Bought 2 tickets for myself and 5 yrs old son. Berjaya Times Square (KL) to Singapore. Booked 2pm departure but they arrived 2 hrs later. Claiming traffic congestion at Sungai Besi. While waiting for the bus...i requested them to update me via WA ..the same number they updated us with the bus details and with "be punctual", arrive 30 mins before departure time...Imagine me and son arrived 1.30pm....waited with no update at all....until i called the number. Someone picked up and tell me to expect them for an hour or so.....like wow...
    When the bus arrived at almost 4pm, i asked the arrived passengers, what time they departured from Singapore...they said, it was a late departure...an hour or so.
    The driver and assistant apologized to me....and it was so weird that me and son the only passengers on board back to Singapore. Tho I returned safely...but the experience was traumatizing...having no update while waiting for 2 hrs!
    I am a frequent traveller to KL and this bus is a a forever NO after the incident.
    P/s: If other bus coaches could arrive on time...why didnt you? say traffic when i checked google map, it was green ....no traffic at SG besi as u claimed.

      Hi there. I can’t confirm that but going by the original seat that I booked, it is the same. I presume the other passengers were also seated according to their original seat numbers.

    Were there many stops along the way? Would you recommend this bus company versus Transtar?

    • @jomnaikbas
      @jomnaikbas  Před 10 měsíci

      The stops that were made in the journey were all documented in the video. Although Cityline and Transtar operates along the same route, some of their services cater to different segments. Both have their plus and minus points so I would recommend either of them.

    I would have loved there are hot breakfast available for the passenger who boarded the coach so early.
    Should there be a congestion in both checkpoints and the time arrives at Ming An could be very late and those hungry passengers will be very hungry.
    I think transtar might still be a better mode of transport.
    Thanks for your video ❤

    • @jomnaikbas
      @jomnaikbas  Před rokem +1

      Passengers with confirmed bookings will receive a WhatsApp message indicating check-in time and bus number. On the day of departure, simply show the online ticket (eg Easybook) to the coach captain.

    • @jomnaikbas
      @jomnaikbas  Před 6 měsíci

      Hi! It is Cityline’s practice to message the passengers via WhatsApp one day prior to the departure date, with information on coach number, place of boarding (with photos) and who to report for the checking-in. You can show the QR code during the check-in and let the staff know how many people are travelling along.

    • @jomnaikbas
      @jomnaikbas  Před rokem +2

      Hi. The SG-KL route offers buses of different classes all year-round. For luxury-class buses, you can try Aeroline or Transtar First Class Solitaire/SuperstarZ services. The rest provides basic facilities onboard but in a comfortable 2+1 seating arrangement. You can try KKKL, Super Nice Grassland, Sri Maju or Five Stars.
