- Kuala Lumpur to Singapore by bus. $35 Luxury Bus Malaysia to Singapore. My 30-hours train ride to reach Kuala Lumpur ➡️ • Overnight Sleeper Trai...
I am currently on a journey that started a few weeks ago in Bangkok and the goal is to reach Jakarta without taking any flight. After a little stop in Malaysia we are now heading to Singapore. No flights, so we will take the bus, but not any bus, we will take the most luxurious bus in Malaysia to Singapore. It's going to be a 6-7 hours bus ride from Malaysia to Singapore, so traveling as comfortable as possible sounds alright. But is this bus ride worth the money? Join me and let's find out!
The bus company is called Transfer Solitaire Suites and I booked the ticket online here: www.easybook.com/
(make sure to select Transtar Travel Pte Ltd Solitaire for this exact same bus)

Thanks Ken, remember us always😊
malaysian highways are built & partly funded by private companies, not fully paid by the government. so these companies are authorised to collect small fees from highway users.
Hi Ken are you still in singapore? May I meet up with you for a meal and show u around our housing estate where I stay. Ways to reach me is under the column 'About'. Hope to hear from you soon. :-)
not first time i saw your old video in sg you private it
That chair with the massage function looks really good, thank you so much for sharing! Happy travel! 👍🥰🙏
Bye bye Ken. Always remember that we, Malaysians always welcome you with open arms. Just drop in when you "miss" us/Malaysia..... 😂😅 Great to know that you are bringing your mom over to Malaysia next year. So happy to hear that. Anyway, a big "terima kasih" for the fantastic and funtastic Malaysia East Coast series....loved it very much. It's always "tiada masalah", right? 😃
Tiada masalah, of course 😎
@@KenAbroad GREAT ! 👍😃
Sin problemo ... Ken
Ken, would love you to travel Korea - i’m currently in Seoul and have found it amazing.
Bon voyage Ken and hope to see again in Malaysia next year!! Enjoy your stay in Singapore & Take care!
As a guy hailing from Malaysia & Singapore, I've never tried using the Aeroline which i have to admit, top notch , first class with a attendant which feels a bit like you are taking a plane.....who knows I might wanna try out this service when I plan to go to KuaIa Lumpur on my next trip. I see instead of taking the regular Causeway to enter into Singapore, you entered through the 2nd Link on the Western side of Singapore......Anyway, finally you made it back to SIngapore after such a long time.....As always, stay safe and happy exploring around Singapore..... Cheers mate!!
Thank you Ken for sharing these videos. Your videos are interesting, exciting to watch and very informative.

Looks like a great way to travel.
Hopefully next year you can ride the ETS Train from JB to KL. Next year the electrified and double-tracked stretch of the West Coast Line between Padang Besar in Perlis and Johor Baharu is ready to be boarded.
Very excited for you to visit Singapore!
Me too 💪
Hey Ken ☆please don't forget Malaysia you always welcome back 🌿 happy journey to Singapore 🇸🇬.let's explore more vlog 😊 stay safe 😂

As always enjoyed episode well😃
What a bus journey that was. So comfortable, I could handle a bus trip in a bus like that, beautiful. Thank goodness to discovered the massage part of the seat. Great! How long will you be in Singapore?
Welcome to Singapore Ken 😍
Great video 👍
Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful and interesting bus journey from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore, Ken. Yeah, it's indeed a luxurious bus...spacious, clean, comfy and great to know your chair can function as a massage chair 👍 Well, overall, this bus ride is worth the money. As always, amazing and informative video with fabulous content. Great work, Ken 👍👏 Looking forward to your Singapore series. Cheers, Ken 💪
Hi Ken love your videos.
Was there a bathroom on board the coach? As I am thinking of doing a similar journey from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore next year
Great Video. You seem to have a great system there. To my eyes the solar is just slightly undersized as it would be great if your panels could supply peak seeson load of your A/C. I know this would not necessarily payback financially.
Welcome to Singapore... 😊
Johor Bahru is definitely worth a visit if you ever pass through there again. I lived there for 3 months previously.
If talking about tolls in 4:00, yes, Malaysia has more tolls than Thailand. Tolls in Thailand can be seen around central parts like Bangkok and Pattaya but beyond that no tolls at all even in Southern Thailand where I usually have been there back in my day until early 2020.
Btw, enjoy your journey to Singapore and Indonesia and hope you can go back to Malaysia anytime in the near future.
Very nice video, I’m new in your blog and I like it very much ☮️
Welcome to the channel 🙏
@@KenAbroad thanks bro ☮️
Welcome 😁 to Singapore my friend
Some of my memories of my trips to Indonesia and Singapore include the freezing AF cabs and buses
Wow, Cool. I will take that when I get there. I will definitely do a Vlog about it.
Welcome to Singapore, Ken! You can find good Malay food in Geylang Serai, Indian food in Little India and heartland experiences in hawker centres at Pasir Ris, Tampines, Toa Payoh, Ang Mo Kio, Woodlands and Jurong West. ❤
Bye⁵. Hope you reach your destination safely. I thought you made a video recording about the celebration of Malaysia's 66th independence anniversary.
• watching from Melaka, Malaysia 🇲🇾🌺
Thank for promoting my country
Good bye Mr Ken Abroad.See you in Malaysia again.Selamat Jalan and Jumpa Lagi
Took this bus service (Transtar Solitaire) when it was newly operated in 2005 return way at the old Pudu Station (now the site is the location of Tun Razak Exchange or TRX). At that time it was single-deck only. Looking forward to watch your adventure in Singapore
Bye for now Ken... Looking forward for the next year trip in Malaysia with your mom 😁 Tiada Masalah 😂
Terima kasih banyak Ken.
yeay, ken will going back to malaysia next year
Ken,youre just like one of among malaysia national team players when wearing National team t-shirt
If you had not noticed, Singapore has toll 'gates' too but it's just deducted remotely from the cash card in your vehicle or credit card when you pass through the gantries. It's a fairer system - Germany higher income taxes which cover the expressway costs while we only tax the road users.
Hope to see back in the Philippines 🇵🇭 good luck 😊
Malaysia is great!
Love u bro have safe journey ❤️ miss u n hope to c u back here soon
You have to pay tolls for using the highways in Switzerland and Italy too. In fact, these payments can add up to quite a lot if you’re touring Europe by car.
Good morning ken....I'm from Singapore too...😊
have fun
welcome to my country SG
good bye Ken.. 😊 staysafe stay positive 🤟
Actually.. since you're in Singapore, here are a couple of things to try that you might not get recommendations for, since my Chinese friends in Singapore didn't know about them at all until I took them there.. 😁😁😁 1) Murtabak at Arab Street, opposite the mosque. You've probably had a lot of murtabak in KL, but NEVER LIKE THIS. They're amazing! There are three restaurants, side by side - one is called Zam Zam, the other two I can't remember. They're more or less the same. I think $2-3 will get you enough murtabak to get full for lunch. My preference is the beef murtabak, but they also have chicken (and one of the other stores has other varieties). Whenever I visit Singapore I bring about $20 - $40 worth back, we put them in the freezer. There is similar murtabak found in Johor Bharu, across the Straits, but it's uncommon elsewhere in Malaysia. 2) Kacang Pol (or Pool) - this is a breakfast food, of Arab origin. You can find it at the upstairs food court at the Geylang Serai wet market. It's a fava bean soup, served with bread and an egg. I think the price has gone up to $2.50 these days, used to be $2. Go in the morning.
I suppose you should also try Singapore Laksa - it's delicious, but it's a lot more well known to non-Malays compared to the above. There's also the curry puffs from a certain bakery on Onan Road in Geylang (I had to laugh when I came across Onan Road.. 🤣), forget what it's called. Not exactly my favorite, but some people like them. Very different compared to other curry puffs, these are actual puff pastry.

bye bye Ken..untill u meet Malaysia again...
If such a class Bus in Indonesia is not the highest class, the highest class is sleeper class / private class, like a capsule hotel that runs ( you can check on youtube Bus Juragan 99, Rosalia Indah, Gunung Harta etc. ). 😁
Lil correction there bud, bus name is TRANSTAR TRAVEL SOLITAIRE SUITES
I remember seeing you on the bus just that I was too shy to say hi
Bye2, stay safe
Bye Ken. Thanks for all the enchanted memories in Malaysia. I believe, by saying you will bring your mom here, Malaysia is already becoming your second Asian home country after Thailand, right? 😉
All the best for your next adventure in Singapura and Indonesia.
I am always taking Aeroline to go to Singapore for my business trip, but I am choosing under seats.
Hello! How long was the bus ride from Malaysia to Singapore?
Hi. Met you at Dong Muean Airport last Friday in the toilet during your flight to China . We took selfie together. 🤣
Terbaik
3:08 thats where i work on the right.. :D
Berjaya Times Square was my hotel
Hi Ken, your video is very useful to me, please can you tell me what was tour seat number?
I used to go down to Singapore by bus quite a bit. The company I used was Aeroline, they left from a shopping mall near where I live. A ticket to Singapore was RM90 - the bus had a 2+1 seating arrangement so slightly less luxurious than the one here, though they actually had a lounge downstairs. Sometimes the trips (especially the return ones) were substantially longer than 4 hours though, since the bus would be caught in a jam at the bridge. For a while there was a HUGE number of tourists from China travelling between Singapore and KL, no idea why. There would be so many buses trying to cross over the immigration was absolutely clogged, it would take hours to get your passport stamped. Almost everyone waiting in the Queue was from China.
A lounge in a bus? That sounds cool too
Agreed with you, Kken was lucky travelling during week days. Or else a long queue is a must at the immigration
@@Aida_Ramly Probably not so bad these days, not so many tourists from China.
@@iskandartaib maybe. I had been in Kelantan for the past 10 years so I am not well aware of the current situation tgere
Really a lot of tourist from CCP enter M'sia via S'pore 🇸🇬???🤔
Bye2 Ken.
Thank you for taking us along 🙏
That bus looked very comfortable.
On the bus you did the SG arrival via the QR code but then you said, I think, that at Singapore side immigration you didn't get a stamp or talk to any immigration person. So no one check your SG arrival that you did on your phone? Did that SG arrival thing have your passport details so it's all there?
Nobody checked that yeah. But I think it was in their system online already. So if I wouldn't have done it, I probably would have to do it at the immigration
Does the bus have a toilet?
Welcome to Tanzania,,,
Transtar is a Singapore company. Should be Singapore's most luxurious bus.
ken, 15 minute is not long enough.. atleast 1 hour or 2 hour video to beat the Dale Philip! 😆
I think everybody knows how "TALL" Ken is by now😂😅😂
How tall?
Ken...are you still in Singapore? Welcome
