In SA we call the main actor/star of a movie a "Starring" pronounced Ste-ring from the word "starring" from beginning credits of a movie.
The song is a sidechick saying to the mainchick even if you have your brows on fleek, wear lace panties, give it to him every week she is still the starring here. In verse 1 (by Busiswa) she tells the wife to do her house chores and go fetch firewood and while the wife's away the sidechick will come in the house. Very similar to the way garage ravers dressed in late 90s with the off key Moschino print outifts. & it's Dj Maphorisa (the h is silent), track is produced by him plus, Rude Boyz (who did Gqi - Okmalumkoolkat) & Distruction Boyz (well spotted Bryan). Dj Tira is a legend, I'm sure u guys notice him from other videos, he pushed the Durban House wave which led to the Gqom wave which is the lick in SA now.
