davevanden, I thought I answered this already but must be i didn't. All the other functions of the machine are working normally we just switched it out to manual control for the bucket up and down and tilt functions. Currently still using hand levers I did buy a complete set of pedals from dealer kind of expensive but plan on putting it in down time this winter.
Great video, I've got an 863F with the same exact controls. It's tricky but you can install that actuator. My machine currently has one old style and one new style actuator(with adapter). You have to pull the actuator ram all the way out so that it extends through the adapter. only once the ram is attached to the spool do you bolt the actuator and adapter to the valve body.
Hi George I installed a new accuator in my machine and it wont work right with my controller either, do you still have that original one that works for sale if so how much do you want for it?
great video have a 753 no lift or tilt run great thought it was lap bar sensor not it it has foot control and ax hand control i wonder if i could just eliminate the electric actuator ... any thoughts
Hi George again as it turns out my computer it toast and they want 2400. bucks for it so i bought a set of pedals for it from a scrap yard now the conversion starts. now I have paper weights also lol
been a while I thought we tried about every option but we did modify it and get the pin in and Mount it we could never get them to sync up. when I have more time this summer maybe I will try again but for now the hand controls even though a little unhandy got us through the winter. I have been looking for some foot pedal controls haven't found any yet . Next Step build my own. my guys think at this point the controller is fried but don't know how to test it and the Bobcat people here don't seem to know either suggestion $3000 + dollar kit. I don't think so.
how much are they , mine will tilt has pressure down just no lift. acuators are fine if i switch wires , handles are fine also and i have checked all the wires. i like the pedals better anyway
track lock is the big one right in the middle of the main gear housing when you lift the cab look in and it sticks up about 4 inches with wires coming out of the top
Hello I have a jvc 170 bobcat and it stop moving all of a sudden. It's starting good but not moving/driving at all. Do you know what the problem could be?
I'm not familiar with the 170. But you have to start in the beginning if you have your owner's manual it should tell you how to read codes.very possible that one of your safety features is acting up like a seat sensor or the bar or if yours is equipped with a seatbelt. Check all the simple things first
Mike Row, it worked fine for me for actually two years before I finally broke down and ordered the kit to put foot pedals in. My machine was already drilled for the foot pedals it was a hard to make sense of the pieces because they actually sent me too much. The duplicate crossover buyer really was throwing me until I figured out that it didn't belong with my machine. whatever you do the hand controls works fine but you need to have a little bit of fabrication experience. I think the kit cost me between 750 and $800. Now machine works perfectly fine just like it always had foot pedals. I'll have to look I don't know if I made a video about that or not.
Very sorry I just saw this posting I hope you figured out your problem by now. But yes you probably have to bypass and go straight to that release valve on the valve body I used my Bobcat with hand controls for about 6 months finally broke down spent like seven / eight hundred dollars on complete pedal kit
like I said it was a temporary fix to get through the winter we have sense put the foot pedal controls in cost about 750-800 dollars not sure fou parts

space shuttle or a tractor? Crazy tech fails.
Excellent work thanks.
Hi George
now that you have by passed the bics and with the actuators out do the other buttons still work on the handles?

How do you get the bolt back on the bucket connecting to the skid steer?
I have the same problem with my 763 ,seams that i will have to do this with mine also.
I have a 763 I have up and down but no tilt back wards any ideas

pedals work great! Very quick to install.

I have a bobcat G190 2012 and the fault code that comes out isM4622 being that you have a manual for the bobcats have you ever ran across a code M4622
It’s all fly by wire . Your hydraulics will fail the traditional way or can be checked the traditional way
Have a s300 bobcat starts up no seatbelt light no tilt no lift bt moves farwad and back
Alex I'm still looking for a set of pedals and linkage. do you know of an after-market?
me to
I can make you new ones.
Got a t190 turbo and can't figure out where the track lock solenoid is

@@gvmcrae Thanks George.
Is everything still working good for you? I'm going to try this.

Probably the brushes in the servo motor
I can't move the bucket or move the bobcat could that be the issue too

is that all the pedal kit is? cheaper than the $3700 for a controller
can you send me a subtitle in Romanian?
davevenden,
Yes all the buttons for the Safety Lock and auxiliary Hydraulics work as normal
Get to the point. Dang man!
Delete your video no help at all
