    Food is essential to every creature. In this fast life people really need hygiene food and also in natural way. Steam cooked food and the people devoting their knowledge and to serve general public is a great service. How active they are. It is amazing without a shake he pours the batter to the roasting plate. Hard work should be appreciated.

      Radee Kratos The best food is the food that was prepared by peasant people over 100 years ago. Now this "poor" people's food as you have so rudely called it, is being served in expensive high class restaurants all over the world.

    @Leghes Před 6 lety

    Questa ricetta è Italiana, si chiama Farinata di Ceci o Fainè. La sua "scoperta" è da attribuire ai rapporti tra Sassari e Genova che risalgono al lontano Medioevo. Le prime tracce di fainè si possono far risalire ai tempi della battaglia della Meloria (1284), quando i Liguri sconfissero i Pisani. Nel successivo trattato del 1294, onde favorire il sopravvento dei prodotti liguri si mirava a contenere le produzioni agricole Sassaresi e si può ipotizzare che faccia la sua comparsa in Sardegna questa sostanziosa polenta di ceci. A Genova ed in tutta la Liguria, con la farina di ceci, ottenuta dalla macinazione dei legumi secchi, viene preparata la “fainà”. La fainè Sassarese è una farinata preparata con farina di ceci, diluita in acqua, lasciata riposare per diverse ore; con l’olio si unge una teglia, si mescola e si cuoce in forno.
