luckily your (food) is not difficult to make or is easy to find ingredients all over the world to make it, even if you are on the other side of the world, you just need dough, tomato and cheeeese then you can make practically every dish existing in italy
Initial D really? I think that you have never tried Italian cuisine... We don't have only pasta or pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella.... Do you know carbonara? Pasta fagioli e cozze (pasta with beans and mussels)? Italian pesto? Pasta with pumpkin? Fiorentina? Sausages and "friarielli"? Vaccinara tail? Casatiello?.... I can go on forever....

What a beautiful mentality, simplicity and respect
And the main ingredient…Love! He puts his heart into his food. Bellissimo!
I'm an Italian living in Japan. Food here is great, probably one of the best in the world, but the food in my country is the only one that will ever and forever make me cry of joy, it's just undescribable... I miss it terribly. 😢
luckily your (food) is not difficult to make or is easy to find ingredients all over the world to make it, even if you are on the other side of the world, you just need dough, tomato and cheeeese then you can make practically every dish existing in italy
and iam from nepal signorina living in italy
Initial D really? I think that you have never tried Italian cuisine... We don't have only pasta or pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella.... Do you know carbonara? Pasta fagioli e cozze (pasta with beans and mussels)? Italian pesto? Pasta with pumpkin? Fiorentina? Sausages and "friarielli"? Vaccinara tail? Casatiello?.... I can go on forever....
Alessio lannone Every cuisine has ingredients that aren't common, but with the way the world is today they are obtainable. Japan has one of the best seafood markets in the world, sure they won't be Mediterranean mussels, but it will be close enough. I live in the middle of America, away from the coasts, and I can make my traditional foods.
B. Reece I never say that you cannot find ingredients that are similar to the Italian ones. I answered to initial D: Italian food is not only tomatoes, cheese and pasta
I love how he smashes the garlic, throws it with some oil and some cheese on that, then sprinkles some dried plant out of a rose bag, dousing it with another bottle
He's like a food druid
Damian Fox the dried plant is oregano.
Its oregano merigan
Ahhhhhh, Oregano, Oregano, thanks for Intel & INFO 😘‼️😍‼️👏🏻‼️😉
This is my favorite video on CZcams because of the feelings I experience while I’m watching it … almost as if there’s nothing wrong in the world~
I love this man..his food..the way he prepares it..the excellent ingredients. I go there whenever I can, I live about 30/40 mins driving from this beautiful city, Siracusa. I feel lucky 😌🙏
Lo puoi anche scrivere in italiano eh hahahahaah 👍
Oi, sabe me dizer o local desse estabelecimento? Muito obrigado.

- "Excuse me, sir. I ordered just plain cheese"
- "What are you, a barbarian?"
Love your sense of humor😂😂!💝
HAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHA
one thing caught my attention is his generosity in offering cheese to his customers or by filling his sandwiches.. well, it's a fact that italians are the most generous people in europe.
Too bad they didnt get ready for coronavirus
This is more a southern Italy thing.
Northern are quite "saving" and usually you pay more and/or get less.
In fact North Italy is way richer than South.
I still prefer North but southern folks are waaaaay more friendly people.
@@doctordoom02 is mafia South or North?
@@hugodaniel8975 South. My idea is that South has got the best and the worst of umanity. Maybe mafia bloomed just because other people were too gentle to fight back. Maybe.
Anyway, as I said, i prefer North but for those who are looking for "human experience" South's better.
@@doctordoom02 i understand now. Man, please keep safe 😢 ihope you and your loved ones are ok.
that sandwhich is to die for, oh my goodness, those cheeses, just everything looks divine
One hell of a sandwich - high quality ingredient, beautifully and meticulously built with care! This and some of those pita layer sandwiches
Im Mexican, and I know that we all are facing very hard times, I would love to visit Italy ..sicilia...and find this man, enjoy his talk, enjoy his amazing sandwich in a bench, in a sunny day with the family, meeting new people ....how much I have wished this fuckin pandemia was just a dream!...it has taken so much to us!! hope all of you, everyone who read this be with good health and fine...
Yes, to all of the above, and right back at you. Let's hope for better times ahead!

I went here on holiday couple years ago. In that region they mentioned him so we went and tried. It was in september, not as crowded and amazing weather. He made us 2 sandwiches with love. We tried to pay and he insisted we go enjoy the sandwich and the weather. And come back later to pay according to how much we enjoyed the sandwich.
We sat by the water 40 meters from there had some amazing food. U dont just eat their food. They teach u something. I have some great memories from that holiday. I would advise any foodie to visit east of sicilly. Its ridiculous what they do with fresh food.
Same thing on the west of Sicily.
Joe much did you pay? Did you pay over the odds?
@@BlowinFree i honestly dont remember the amount but i did pay even though he refused like twice. I think it was 2 bills of 10 or 2 bills of 5 euro no clue cant remember.

Okay….now this is probably the best sandwich in Italy, served by the coolest guy in Italy 🇮🇹 that looked mouth watering.
I love how none of you in the comments seems to be italian but still you appreciate so much the work and food that you can see in this video. I am so happy. Plus Sicilia is one of the most particular regions of Italia. The food is really amazing there, us italians too look upon Sicilia's food culture as one of the most genuine we have in our country.
It is a dream of mine to visit Sicily
Beautiful Language
Beautiful Sandwich
The Italian Generosity Food
My wife’s family is from Palermo, I plan on visiting in the near future as I hear it is beautiful, wish my father in law was still alive as I would have loved to see him look at his home through his eyes. Live the olive oil sand produce/ fish.
My man stopped mid sandwich and fed the crowd 🤣. That being said, much respect he's mastered his craft and that sandwich looked amazing!
legend says hes still waiting for his sandwich to this day
Hahaha it was finished at the end of the video
8 min , I would walk behind and finish myself
That's what u call a real sandwich
@@jfoodreviews When you like getting slapped in the face after trying to be behind the counter then go ahead. I don't think that any seller on the street would like that (expecially an italian in this case) + you make the whole crowd your enemie so better wait those 8 minutes.
if you want your food fast you usually don't say "yeah the streetmarket, this is where i get my food the fastest"
If you want it fast, subway has you covered. no entertainment + almost no talking + 10 euro less in your wallet for a sandwich that has two slices of ham one slice of cheese and when you get lucky only 2 jalapeno stems.

Friendly Atmosphere, generosity, family, what a good man
man this is sickingly good to the point that it looks like something your mother would do just for you, the fact that everything is cut and prepared right when you ask for instead of being pre cut/sliced/shreded like a tomato starts going bad the moment you slice it, you go to burger king and they have those tomatoes for hours just sitting there
this is amazing

Proof that good food is not fast, just fresh
Slow food in Italy, France and Spain... means that you stay seated at least 1 hour while eating (usually, an average slow food dinner or lunch takes 2 hours).
