  • After I am done today, there is no putting the 2015 back together. Not without wasting a massive amount of time and money, anyway. Once the body is out of the way, working on the floor and cowl sections will be much easier. Let's find out how many ways I can incorrectly use tools today!

I think you had LOTS of thought process going on before you dissected that carcass. You have and have shown us, you possess great vision. As you were making cuts on the 2015 today, your mind was picturing why and where they would go on the '65. (At least I hope so Scott!)
See, for the artistic display you present to us, it matters not what breed of iron these are for, we tune in solely for your creative abilities! (Where the hell did that come from.) See what you bring out in us? Thank you for another great one! Sonny (CT)

    Hello Scott!
Another amazing show of your automotive talent with the stellar surgical "trimming" of the 2015. Very cool you were able to have the "partial" afternoon crew return for the heavy lifting segment. This series is a high-performance transplant with all the ups and downs of joining old and new creating a 1 of a kind custom vehicle as you go, and with your witty commentary makes for great viewing. Thanks for taking the time to film, edit, and voice-over the process. Much respect for your knowledge, experience, and your motivation to build a unique vehicle. I enjoy each segment and look forward to the upcoming adventures.
Take care, stay safe, enjoy your weekend. See ya in the next video.

Man... You have some mad skills. Its all about seeing the project at the end with plans ahead of each plan, after plan with executions of said plans where it all ties together. I am currently doing a re-build on a 69' Barracuda. This car has been blasted hard in the right side and had some serious "somebody's been here before" done to it. seriously, how does a car get whipped out so bad on the right side where it wastes the quarter panel, rear trunk inner jamb by the tail light housing, B Pillar door jam, rocker inner and outer, wrinkle the floor, punch the A pillar in at the upper hinge post and smash the upper corner of the roof? Some butcher did the "repair" so bad, must have use 2+ gallons of mud to make it somewhat presentable. Then I end up with this mess to fix properly years later. That is what I am dealing with. And that is just the right side. Your project(s) motivate me to keep pushing on. Rock that POS Ford Mudstain my Body man Brother. Cheers!

There was a time when snap-on didn’t care what you did to their tools, they would replace them. 1 example, Sure “officially” not supposed to use regular sockets with impacts, but I’ve never hear of a dealer refusing to replace. Best job I ever had was looking through all the dealer returns and guessing what the mechanic did to damage some of these tools. I mean really incredibly tough tools, so to bend or break would take a frightening amount of energy and definitely well into the the Bright RED warning limit exceeded zones.
snap-on still makes excellent stuff, and no I don’t work for them anymore, but sure was fun when I was a kid.

Snap on dealers never used to care how a tool got damaged. I used to process the stuff coming in from the dealers (best day of the month), the game was to figure out what you guys did to some of these tools. It was very interesting to see just how much punishment a lot of the hand tools can take, and yes.. Snap-on makes some of the best, and most are made as well as possible. There are limits to materials strength. Put a 5’ bar on a 3/4” ratchet and somethings got to give.

Hmm it's a concept vehicle now, a concept I don't fully understand yet but it's entertaining for sure.

I had a Ford and I couldn’t figure out why it had a heated rear window. Until I had to push it one winter.

It's 50x100mm in nonFreedom Units. I only know this because 12.7mm is just over a half inch and 25mm is just under an inch. Hope this helps!

My friend only wears flip flops at work in landscaping. Even I have a problem with that and I am no safety expert! 😂

@@vehcor is he still able to use all his toes for counting? Yup flip flops aren't even good for climbing rocks.
