  • The yoga sculpt and flow outlined below is designed to stretch and get your muscles warm and your heart rate up. This yoga sculpt flow, includes lunges, planks and deadlift pose with weights.
    Do your regular yoga warm up before starting this 15 minute yoga sculpt and flow workout. Warming up your body is essential to ensure your muscles are ready for the movement you’re about to put them through.
    Each exercise in yoga sculpting can be done without weights. Listen to your body and follow the movements, give yourself the workout you need.
    Each asana will have a different variation of movement than you’re used to, and will include multiple repetitions of that movement.
    You may be unfamiliar with the first exercise, the deadlift pose with weights. This is a really great strength training exercise to incorporate as it works your whole posterior chain. Getting to know it during a sequence with barbells is a perfect introduction.

    Unfortunately I am not pleased with this video. Felt like it was a waste of time. I don't usually like being critical but this wasn't very "yoga" like
