    Buttermere Sailbeck fell race 2024 - English Championship race - 9.3 miles, 4314 ft elevation. The route goes anticlockwise from Buttermere village to
    - Knott Rigg first,
    - followed by Ard Crags (581 m) - CP1,
    - steep descent towards Rigg Beck crossing - CP2 (cut off time of 1.5 hours,
    - steep ascent to Causey Pike (637 m) - CP3,
    - Eel Crag (aka Cragg Hill (840 m) - CP4,
    - and finally Whiteless Pike (660 m) - CP5
