Took a fall on the Yamaha XT250 #dualsport while #offroad at slow speed. If I was little faster, I probably would have hopped over this tiny obstacle.

Been there done that (X times). The XT250 is one my list and hope to get one soon.
For off road riding highly recommend a glove and a MX boots (insurance for your leg).

your front wheel probably hit it as you were turning and pushed/slid the rock out from under the front wheel?

Possible. I was thinking I was going to slow and the rock just stopped me in my tracks.

Yes. To me, I think I was riding too slow when I hit that rock. A little more speed and I could have hopped right over it.

I did the same but was able to lift it off. You would of got it eventually 👍

It was the way my foot was caught, mainly. Whenever I tried to lift it, it just pushed my foot into the ground. My foot just healed from three broken bones too. I am wearing a rigid plate in the boot, and I think that saved me from breaking those bones again.
