That's why everytime I ride i always have my cycliq with me. Front and rear cam. Yes, may added weight sha pero atleast I (or my family) have something to present incase of accidents.

I went on a ride before with my gf tapos natrauma sya nung dumaan kami service road otw to Alabang. partida di pa kami naaksidente sa lagay na un.
Katakot talaga sa kalsada dito kahit doble ingat pa.
I hope mas maging considerate ang vehicles when sharing the road and also cyclists din should follow traffic regulations para iwas disgrasya.

Tanda na nag level up ang experience mo. They say crashes and accidents are part of cycling, but we all pray that that last one is the last time it happens. Napaka friendly and approachable mo talaga lods. Saka ang lakas mo talaga. Basic lng sau Timberland. Unfortunately nangyare sau yan, pero thanks God talaga at sugat at gasgas lng. Triple ingat kna lods, ska mas maging aware kna if you'll be in the same situation. God bless. 🙏
Nangyare na rin sakin yan lods. May nakahintong taxi sa gilid sa bike lane, so umovertake ako sa left side ng taxi nung nasa bandang harapan nako biglang umabante. Sinigawan ko talaga siya mejo natamaan ung rear wheel ko mabuti nd ako na out of balance. Kaya ako doble ingat nako kpg umoovertake sa mga nakahintong mga sa2kyan. Anyways ingat nlng tau at palaging magdasal. 🙏

One time palang ako sumemplang, Last month lang nangyari, a competition here in South Korea. Mejo nagkaroon ako ng trauma, pag nai-imagine ko yung time na sumemplang ako nanginginig talaga ako. Kaya lately mejo nagpahinga ako. Pero still not thinking of stopping my hobby. Lesson learned from that time, focus lagi sa daan, at mas maingat na ako this time. Stay safe everyone!

First I am glad you’re are ok and getting better thank the Lord for that.. eloi, with that crashed you have to watch your body for any changes such pain , discomfort etc. sometimes injury will not show right away, in my case 6 months after my crashed the injury started to show and took 1 year of visiting PT before my health went up to 95%.. ride safe everyone!

Ridesafe always mam & always pray before the ride i know the feeling because i've also experience hit & run with my bike going home by a drunk driver on a car very traumatic experience but then i survive & thank god minor injuries only .

Ouch! I hope you're recovering well & this didn't knock you out too much from riding. Did the taxi company compensate you or anything? We all need more awareness for all kind of cyclists & road users.
The Taxi Driver paid for the XRAY Test as well as sent me P500 for the first aid kit etc. He said that he just needs an official receipt for the things I will buy for my medication so that he can send it to his company. I'll still check what things do I need to repair or change in my bike and YES, definitely awareness and EMPATHY. Unfortunately, some drivers will never know our struggle unless they already tried to bike in in Metro or even in some other province with traffic and careless road users.
@@eloieveryone @Eloiza Regaliza Gosh glad that went your way and went peacefully. Agreed completely there is not enough understanding & empathy around. Drivers are cyclists and vice versa. Sometimes it's a wild west out there. In PI, Indonesia or even Australia. It'll take sometimes to change the roots...in the mean time stay safe & keep enjoying the ride, cycling is just pure fun.

I'm a bike enthusiast also and a driver for sure Meron lesson na mapupulot Dito ride safe everyone talagang Ang mga bikers ay most vulnerables SA lansangan kaya SA mga drivers out there tulad ko and a bike enthusiast lets be cautious dapat make sure you check your side and rear mirror lingon sa kanan at kaliwa likod at harap clear before making a move...kung bike enthusiast ka and driver gaya ko maiintindihan mo Yung word na courtesy para vulnerable bikers na gaya Namin like for instance over taking a bike madali lng pero dapat may atleast considerable gap between your vehicle and a cyclist at huwag Yung alanaganin...

i notice that you don't have any lights... you must consider buying lights both front and back, weather you are riding days or nights... be safe.

please please be safe, but to be honest--negligent drivers talaga!!! natutunan ko din sobrang sumigaw when biking to work, kasi sobrang ignorante ng drivers, and even pedestrians!!!!
We almost had the same experience, which happened to me last July. Pumailalim rin sa ilalim ng sasakyan, but tinakbukan ako ng driver. Buti nalang okay ako. Pahinga lang ng ilang weeks. Ride safe to all cyclist out there!

I also had an accident recently sa U-Turn slot sa Edsa this nov 1. victim of side swiper Carousel bus rushing thru intersection while bus driver was in a hurry with yellow light. daming kong witness na mmda and they called ambulance to get me first aid. Mabuti an lang galos lang and I think wala tlga sa 50 kph yung driver since that was their max speed requirement. bad thing baliko yung drop bar ko which I had to replace and buti rin nasave ko yung sti ko which save me cost to have it replaced. tama ka always pray before and after ride. always think ahead anticipate yung behavior ng mga motorista around you. Maam Eloi, good day. Just a safety remindaer lang po. Napansin ko lng na kung san ka paliko, yung paa/pedal din sa side na lilikuan mo ang lageng nasa 6 o'clock position. Hindi yata safe yun maam. Dapat kung liliko ka sa left for example, yung left foot mo ay nasa 12 o'clock position. Thank you po.

We can use blinker lights front and rear even day time. The time you had an accident it was some how raining... May chance si manong with the weather condition...age...eyesight...focus.. in seconds... wala sa harap...

Meron talagang ibang driver ng taxi o jeep na ganyan, pero hindi naman lahat ng driver, meron din namang mabait at mapagbigay kaya kailangan malakas ang pakiramdam natin, kung makaenwentro tayo ng ganyang driver.hindi mo lang napansin na Isa Pala yan nakabangga sa u na Hindi namamansin pag bike o motor lang ang kaharap nila.salamat sa God 🙏 at hindi ka n'ya pinabayaan.
