- Can A MAX Level 100 Ace Paragon Beat ELITE Phayze? BTD6 / Bloons TD 6 - a degree 100 paragon requires quite a bit of effort and money required to pull off in solo, now what happens when you combine that with an elite boss? Here's how I did it in this week's Scrapyard run.

Ya know, the most paragon I'm excited about is either the darling gun or the spike factory. The beast handler would take the cake in terms of being the most random on how it would work

The counterplay to phayze is just using paragons with abilities that work vs bosses, like ace. Theres just currently only ace but there will almost certainly be more added in the future.
Edit: Engi too can be used as a counter if you utilize his exploding sentries, however he loses out on a lot of strength from his main attack cause of phase's attack speed nerf. The same story with wizard who loses out on attack speed even when transformed.
Wdym only Ace? Wizard Paragon is all about abilities? Also Engineer Paragons turrets are technically also abilities.

@@clairemckenzie1122pretty sure arcane meta of wizgon gets the reduced attack speed so I doubt it's gonna be a "counterplay". Engigon on the other hand with sentry explosion definitely counts

Isab theres this mod called sacrifice helper which is really useful for this type of thing so u dont lose all ur progress. The mod shows u how much paragon power u have as well as which degree u will get.
This is just the exact strategy i use for most bosses but on steroids damn.
I feel like phayze is actually gonna be a very hard boss on tougher maps.
Elite can restrict many maps especially ones with shorter moab only tracks

I think a nice idea for bosses is implement more abilities for later tiers, this will make the gameplay more fun imo as it won't be just the same thing as the previous tier.

I managed to solo it with a level 41 doomship, it’s literally designed for fighting bosses.
Watch how against the next one they make ace the worst against the next boss

You solod elite with ace paragon? Uh because I had a lvl 41 ace paragon and 3 other paragons and it still almost made it through
No you didn’t, I’d believe normal tier 5, but not elite
@@Partiallyinteresting410 Have you seen it’s bomb ability? Even at a lower tier like 40 it wipes huge chunks of damage.
I used beast handler bottom path to take care of the first 4 tiers of Phazye, and I used dart paragon to take care of the last one

Degree 100 Boat Paragon can also Solo Elite Phayze, I've seen it on Mr Ender's Channel

Hey isab these uploads coming in before midnight are the only thing keeping me going as sad and pathetic as that is. No pressure
one thing to note here is that the longer it takes to pop a tier of phayze, the longer the slow debuff is on *your monkey farms* I havent verified this but if drums increases farms income rthen the inverse should apply as well. The implication here is that overkill is good when it does not waste more money than however many more rounds phayze is out and reducing your farm effectiveness.
I really think this is so, because my first run on elite on this map I got trashed hard and lost to tier 4, I was relying on a D1 Ninja Paragon and it was bad.
In my second attempt I built a wierd 2-2-1-2 VTSG my support temple was also odd on magic sac. I just think the magic dmg is technically weaker with how phayze works and how the track is laid out. I also got a 30ish Ninja and Dart Para with the dart para situated in the central small loop so it can get massive bounce on both the loop pass and crusher pass.
I had to think how to win, and I couldnt brute force it like say with an elite Bloonarius. Still not as frustrating as Dread/Lych, but notably difficult.
Drums don't affect farm income so Phayze shouldn't either. Cool strat tho

@@pipsapossu1699 Overclock is specifically designed to affect production of banana farms. Attack speed modifiers, such as Jungle Drums, don't affect farms.
Someone should test this because im super curious. I would but im working on improving my late game pb. I still have the save to my old (current patch) pb somewhere in the 350's and it has potential to break 400, but it was sloppy and Spice Islands is frustrating so now on End of The Road I traded Ezili for Geraldo to get D100 paras. sadly I wont get all D100's but i figure the boomer and dart para are the least important to have up to 100. Im in the 250's and still dont have my VTSG because. Ive generated like 15,000,000 cash but totem restock is a bitch. Anyway this takes precedent over farm testing on phayze. So I'll just have to hold my horses on that.

it sounds like getting a degree 100 paragon is kinda difficult, or at least takes an annoying amount of micro. I wouldn't know because i'm bad at the game, but it sounds like it'd be nice if the degree was also influenced by the DPS your desired paragon's constituents are doing. that way it also matters where your towers are placed, so you can plan that way far in advance. maybe not enough to make it the primary strategy, but just enough that you get a bit of leeway. like the paragon gets an extra degree for every X number that makes up it's highest DPS in that match so far

you know according to my calcumalatashions miniopolis is actually not very worthwhile since it is barely more money per dollar than a 200 farm better to just spam 200s until you have enough to go straight for high tier farms and get the miniopolis as a buff for them later

Yeah, but it's easier + it increases both money generated and income per pop, which synergizes extremely well with the early bloon trap.
@@aloisio5103i didnt do testing with the trap i dont know the specifics of how good it is because it varies for every round map and placement
I think between the discount, decent efficiency, monkey town/city boost, it’s definitely worth it.
Did you forgot it actually gives discount, extra money per pop and extra money generated in a decent range? If you build more farms around it ( which everyone does obviously ), you get so much out of the discount because of how expensive farms are as well as the extra money generated, also works with trap or defense because of the extra cash per pop. It's more than worth it.
@@ggez145 These are all things you get without doing the t5 upgrade though. So its like 5k+Farm Cost, so miniopolis is pretty marginal.

it's funny how people go "Oh phayze is only easy this time because it's on the easiest map in the game next time it'll be much harder!" then NK proceeds to upgrade the map to the longest in the game.
Like yeah it means that each skull goes a little further than resort but like unless you have no defence you'll kill phayze before it leaves your range.
and when we get into "harder" maps, phayze will get even easier because now they move less each skull, meaning they'll die even faster

if you get all abilities off of a sniper, 050 sniper is the best farm in the game, and 040 is the best farm that you can have multiple of
best in terms of $ spent per $ return per round
150 is the most efficient of all the farms if you can get all the abilities off too

@@thankst1ps635No, because opolis synergizes well with literally every farming strat. You get discounts, extra money generated and extra cash per pop. Putting a trap + a couple farms down its radius already makes it more than worth it.

You should try the ninja paragon at level 100 to see if it’s solos because I did get the bonus damage to camo balloons and it also does attack very quickly/slows down everything on the map

personally i don't like phayze that much for one reason: it's just a raw DPS test, the camo damage bonuz from the ninja paragon is too little to make a difference
early tiers are fine, but t4-5 is no different, you just have a stupid amount of effective health
to be fair, similar thing with bloonarius since its spawns do nothing by the time you get to tier 4-5, but at least it's not that much of a raw DPS test
moving natural spawns is one thing, but it's already irrelevant by the time you get to tier 2-3
you can also beat tier 1 phayze cheap with sharp shooter spam

Late reply, but the Monkeyopolis has a minimum income ($1450/round) and it costs too much to have a bunch of farms next to it because it costs $5000*valid farms in range.
