Recipe - Vietnamese fried SPRING ROLLS

- This is a typical dish in Vietnam. We can eat spring rolls on all occasions: New Year's, weddings, birthdays, or even on normal days. As a child I always helped my mom to roll up the spring rolls and had a lot of fun. In this video recipe, I will show you everything from how to choose ingredients, how to make the rolls more crispy, how to fry both in oil and with an air-fryer and at last how to serve. Come with me to the kitchen and let's do it together!

Ingredients:
- 500gr minced pork
- 20gr Shiitake mushroom + 20gr wood ear mushroom
- 50gr glass noodles
- 20gr spring onion + half onion
- 180gr bean sprout
- 3 eggs
- 1 carrot
- Fish sauce, sugar, white vinegar, salt, pepper
- Garlic, chili
