- A jury found Hannah Payne guilty on all charges against her - including malice murder and felony murder - after deliberating for a few short hours. Payne shot and killed Kenneth Herring, a driver who caused a hit-and-run crash back in 2019. During her trial, Payne said she never pulled the trigger and her gun went off as she struggled with Herring. Payne will be sentenced for the crimes at a later date.

No matter how well-polished her story was, none of the witnesses substantially corroborated her fanciful version of the events (where her victim "attacked" her after she cornered him). It was painfully obvious given the recordings that she was angry at this man for not stopping and angry that he did not get out of the car as she commanded (as if she had any authority to do so). That alone is the real reason she shot him and the jury saw through her tears.

I usually don’t feel a sense of triumph when someone else is sobbing ~ but in this case I just couldn’t help myself. Because she is simply a nasty creature. Every time I saw her face she had a scowl on it. Those arms folded in defiance as the prosecutor simply spelled out the actions she took that led to the death of an innocent man. Then goes on to try and disparage him, a man who is gone from this earth forever bc of her and cannot speak for himself. I didn’t think there would be any trouble with the jury making the right decision, bc I think it was a no-brainer. The only person who doesn’t understand how very horrific this woman’s actions were, was herself. Again, nasty, cold and brutish. Bye ~ have fun in prison you weirdo!

Because she was a delusional liar, her own family will be without her for any more holidays....just like the victim's family has to endure. She should've never pretended to be a cop that day!💯🤬🤡
That wasn't a citizen's arrest gone wrong that was an execution
What did she really expect!!! She hunted this man down. Justice served. Thank you, jury and judge.
Being armed emboldens you. If this woman wasn’t armed, I believe she would have never have chased this man down.
Or walked to a strange man’s car window ! Who those that ?!
Absolutely
Facts!
So true
Grown men are shaken after taking a life in the line of duty. This chick just handed the gun over with zero remorse! That is scary!
I personally witnessed a car wreck that catapulted a car across 3 lanes and left the victim's car upright against a tree. I made eye contact with the victim and saw she was ok. People on that side of the highway went to see about her so I felt it was necessary to follow the other driver. The person who caused the wreck kept driving. I got his license plate number and drove closer to him to see if he was alright because I had to be sure he wasn't having a seizure or medical problem. When he said he was ok, I told him what he had done. He was visibly drunk and proceeded to drive away. I went home called the police. They got him told me he was still drunk when they came and told me the young lady was ok.
Your reactions explain why you are not going to prison for life while this creature is.
Great
He hit a car so hard that it got catapulted across the highway... but he was still able to drive??? What the f*ck was he driving, a tank?! 😆😆

God bless you!!
She let her unstable/erratic/raging emotions take control of her in an instant in that one moment and now can't take back what has occurred due to her illogical/senseless actions 😢.
Did she think she would get off scotch free? What was she really thinking?
Jury got it right! Justice served.
Depends on the sentence
I think malice murder has a minimum of life
This wasn't malice murder, it was manslaughter. The gun went off in the struggle.
@@Bubba__SawyerDid you watch the trial? Or the sentencing? She was found guilty of malice murder not manslaughter 🙄
This judge is so soft spoken 🪶 ☁️
No tears for the death of a man, the loss for a family, the pain of a community But shed tears because of the justice that was ordered and served served.
May God Bless all those who helped get justice!! ⚖️
I don't recall any remorse from her towards her victim or family. She cries only for herself.
Truly amazed justice was actually served but thank goodness for the jury getting this absolutely right.
Glory to God, goodness has no power when it comes to this type of scenario!
Don't be so sure, the sentence hasn't been handed down yet and we are talking about Southern Georgia, I know, I live here.
@@sj-du2yo that’s true she could definitely still get a light sentence which would be some real typical BS
Let’s see if they let her out early??…
Yeah,I honestly thought she might get off
