    Your round ligament pain stretch completely save me, my pain is completely gone! So now that I've noticed some pain in my right glutes, I'll try this and I know in a few days I'll be doing great. Thank you so so much!

      I’ll have to go do that one! I’m 20 weeks along with my second pregnancy and I have really been feeling the round ligament pain this time for a few weeks now! My goal with any kind of workouts i do is to optimize the pregnancy and baby’s health, LD as well as postpartum healing

    I am 1 day short of 12 weeks and this morning I woke up with a tight right thigh, and a pinching left hip. This helped so much, but my lord the crunch sound my spine made during the last stretch lol
