Running an engine inside hangar is wrong procedure, also exhaust area is not clear, that is running with open cowlings, RPM was only idling may be 6500, as after starting fuel trimming was not increased to 85%.

most likely just like starting a jet, but with electric starter. Prop full forward. Watch for hot start?
