Great solution to the noise. Easy to do the installation with the impact gun. Sounds great now. Previous owner didn't want to bother with the noise. Too bad as for the cost of this kit the bike sounds new!

Jestem w szoku.
Kupiłem na zapas ten element żeby wymienić po 30 tysiącach przebiegu w Burku z 2004 roku.
W zasadzie bez przekonania bo to nie jest tania zabawka. Miałem też wątpliwości w kwestii przesyłki i opcji tylko za pobraniem.
Wiadomo że można się nadziać na cegłówkę za niemałe pieniądze.
Jednak Pan Mirek zadzwonił i okazał się naprawdę fajnym, konkretnym facetem.
Po 25 tysiącach Burek zaczął delikatnie postukiwać i uznałem że może to ten moment.
Dziś wymieniłem oryginał Suzuki na wałek Pana Mirka. Jak rękę odjął. Maszynka chodzi tak jak lubię. Jak odkurzacz.
Dziękuję za włożoną przez Pan pracę i końcowy efekt.
Ocalił Pan nie jeden skuter.

Mirek makes these parts himself in a machine shop, they are of high quality. He sells them on Ebay. Under the heading "Suzuki Burgman 650 Stop Diesel sound". For $225 US money. This price includes shipping. In the pictures on eBay, the first picture shows the original removed drive grear for reference purposes only. It is not included in the repair kit. if you get the sound in your burgma this will mean that the box is to be restored or zrwał the timing chain tensioner, in 2007 adapter was not present, of course, fix your CVT and repair the timing chain tensioner :-)

Hi, i have 03 burgman 650 in lithuania. We are almost neighbours. So this sounds starts making noise in my burgman. Is there any other oportunity to fix it in other way? what if take the old one out, and make a brand new part? does this help?

Hi! I just ordered that repair kit. The video was fine but that point where Mirek took out that old part (wheel) with long bolt and used maybe the same bolt to install the repair kit, was a little bit unclear to me. Did Mirek use the same bolt and was the final bolt different? So my question is next: Can I have all those bolts included in that repair kit or do I have to buy those installation bolts separatelyand what size? I understand that final bolt is included in kit, but those others...? How tight must that final bolt be? How many kilograms? Thank You.
You get everything you need in the kit. Yes the big bolt is used for removal of original gear, and also used for installation of new shaft.

I cant get out the old "KIT" - its stuck. Do you Mirek, or anybody else, know if its hanging (stuck in some gears) inside or if i just have to use force?
Can i push it out from the other side? The threads are damaged so i cant use the black bolt to get it out.

not this part is not compatible with your model, you probably have a broken timing chain tensioner ... Regards.
you have to check under the lid whether you have a hole there or not ..... like in the movie, if the hole is filled it means that the part is not compatible and you have broken the timing chain tensioner ... it's easy to fix but it's a little loosening. ..
Czarnymirek, I have a 2007 suzuki burgman 650 with diesel sound. I ordered kit and just received today (Daniel Stewart) Leesburg VA 20176. I tried to install but kit was too big. I have the 2007 model(k5). My kit came with 3 pieces (2 bolts and the 2 sided long shaft). The inside of my suzuki is different than the video. I have 1 long bolt and one side short shaft. So the kit does not fit because the design is different.
This kit goes to max 2005. Early 2006 too, but not 2007 and up. I have 2007 and i send back this kit. My burgman problem was chain tensioner.

Tony calls sound like broken timing chain tensioner tensioner .. This can be very easy to fix - improve the factory ... but you have to remove and carefully inspected, you should figure out what needs to be done in August to work properly again:-) greetings:-)
