    Thanks all for notifying us about the typo at 0:37. Unfortunately, it's too late to change it in the video. But we did revise our self-assessment down from a 5 to a 4 in the area of proof-reading.

    Bob Sutton's tweet brought me here. Jack Welch's system and organizations copying and pasting that method have done real damage in the Tech sector (and elsewhere) where collaboration and teamwork define the success of team members and teams. Curious to know what books we see on the shelves in the background 🙂

      Thanks so much. Which background? In my office, those are all mine. In the library (color coded) there are too many different titles to list....all of Bob's are there somewhere though.

    Great video. I’m curious on your comments about AI showing managers what to look at. I hope to hear more from you on that.
