Train wreck kept a rollin
if that was me (Kirk) i would never set foot onstage again and Ron wood . I stopped listening to the stones when he joined
You got it in one. I've heard much better jams down the pub...
Yep.
Depp is such a cringe poseur.
I think they all must be feeling a little emotional paying tribute to such a great friend they’ve just lost but having a good time for Jeff. People that Jeff loved. You didn’t have to watch it if it was just going to make you grumpy lol.
@@RickDanner Kirk played a horrible solo....much of it in the wrong scale/key.
What an amazing assembly of legends! Imelda rocks!
Beautiful tribute to Maestro Jeff beck at Royal Albert Hall
I love Imelda May
Is getting sexier with age
This reminds me of my high school band. A great singer and 1 good guitar player....we were all pretty confused
I don't think Yardbirds were ever given enough credit. One of greatest bands of all-time with Jeff on the lead guitar
Oh, poor widdle yardbirds.
@@daveyvane9431 Yeah, poor widdle yardbirds so underrated LOL !!
Which one, LOL, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, or Led Zeppelin, I mean Jimmy Page, LOL, each one of these Gentlemen is a Phenomenal experience, jűs sāyīn !😎✌️😎!
Absolutely. I listened to a lot of their albums recently and WAS SHOCKED HOW HIGH QUALITY AND PROGRESSIVE, LOUD AND EXPERIMENTAL THEY WERE. THEY DESERVE A PLACE NEXT TO THE WHO, KINKS, ANIMALS, BEATLES, CREAM. In fact, they were better than Beatles, in some ways.
they are a legend in Britain. Ron Wood was on bass at one point, Jimmy Page was in there too. Such a shame to see everyone just sitting there. Get up and dance for chrissake
Wonderful tribute to Jeff Beck, RIP great one😿💔😿
She has a very special and very fitting voice for this kind of music.
Exceptional sound 👏👏👏
Nice to look at, too...
I would go with Pat Benetar or Ann Wilson over her for the heavier rock like this.
Thank You, What A Stage Full Of Talent, This is all We Have Left...
Wow dieser Rhythmus.....fantastisch...
Imelda May hat geniale Fähigkeiten, was Show und Stimme betrifft...🎶🎵🎼🔝💯
No she hasn't very annoying
I know you were praising her voice but I found her very annoying.
Love those old Amps
And I love those old gramps...
Thank you so much for sharing these.

The Kirkster and the Derpster had no clue.
Kirk was in the wrong key most of the solo.

If they were in Jeff's band, he would kick them all out; except maybe Billy.
You do know that Johnny Depp played with Jeff Beck on his final album and on stage, don't you? They became good friends. I agree Depp wouldn't confused with Beck, Clapton (or my favorites Gary Moore, Roger Gilmour or Johnny Winter), but he appears to connect with Jeff Beck, Alice Cooper, Joe Perry, and others - check out the Hollywood Vampires. Putting musical snowberry aside, he brings something to the stage other than blistering guitar solos.
@@TYJGByou mean David Gilmour?
Billy played the most acceptable solo....Hammet in the wrong key and Wood was hit and miss.
@@TYJGB Depp was way out of his league playing with Beck.....Jeff was doing him a favor letting him play in his band.
Johnny be good 😅🎸 🚆

Здорово 👍
Could any one of these guitarists find the key of this tune? Yikes.
Ohh good.. I thought I developed a freakin tin ear overnight..! 😩🤣 the leads were horrible..!
@@joeurbanowski321 I don't think I would have wanted to go down to see this
Ahhh…no
The only song that sounded in key was "Infatuation". Depp not on stage then.
It was in Yale, but they were all in drop D
Imelda was very shouty in this song.
Depp looks like hammetts solo
Ha!
😂😂
Train Kept a Wreckin'
The performance was what it was but after it was over there was applause but looking at the balcony, it looked like a painting.
Bejaysus,I hope that sounded a LOT better than it does on here.....that was truly dreadful.
Imelda May is dreadful
Good Night Lord Jaysus - My ears are bleeding from that skanny racoon barking outta toon.
Do you really look in the mirror at yourself and think I should know better,
_"Train Kept a Rollin'"_ is the first theme Led Zeppelin played together.
The husky voice parts occupied by Imelda remind me of Brenda Lee.
Would pick Ann Wilson or Pat Benatar over her for this tune.
Were the audience from the local morgue ?
Cool gig
Metallica, ZZ Top, stones, and pirates of the Caribbean.
😂😂
Now that is worthy of a good laugh!! 🤣 👍🏻
Does anyone know what key play Kirk his solo? 🤔 Because the song is not in it...
Noticed the same thing
E😂
Exactly....a train wreck....Wood hit and miss.....Billy the most on the mark with his solo.
There was an unexpected invisible presence at the RAH.
❤
nobody dancing... how boring... seated gig... now I am happy I can watch at home and happily dance with it... or even play along... lol.. I probably would have been kicked out for misbehaving... I am not suitable for seated venues :D
Kirk's solo, while colorful, would have been much better if played in the same key as the song.
And for one time in his life solo without wha
Many of the metal shredders I believe have trouble improvising…yes, his solo was in a different zip code 😮
He can jam but can't play.
@@masonkanterbury3007 He can play but can't jam, Most shredders are technically proficient.
The train certainly left the track there…
Only imelda may and billy gibbons kept their reputations intact! Ronnie wood and kirk hammett probably would have failed a garage band audition! 😕
it makes me like feel like the best guitarist ever . If i did what ron and kirk (wrong key) wow I would quit , maybe not a a rehearsal but a jeff beck tribute?
@@RickDanner
F CKIN A !
A Jeff Beck Tribute Concert?!
Ron Wood and Kirk Hammit ; you sucked !
This was like 14 year old garage band sh t.
Bonus Video: Watch Zak Wyld attempt to play along with Les Paul at the Iridium in NY. Zak gets his ass handed to him so badly.
By a 90 year old guy with a clean guitar.
Except that 90 year old guy could swing and phrase and didn’t rely on distortion.
Ass handed to him mercifully.
Totally outclassed.
Les Paul was like Zorro slicing a lit candle.
You can’t buy talent. Either you got it or you don’t.
Thanks for the strong, honest critique. All true artists understand tough criticism, and learn from it.
In art school, 1970s, we all got a blistering, public ridicule from the best teachers, if our work was flawed. I became a better, stronger Artist as a result.
- e.g. Imelda sings and looks great, but if she took a couple, intro dance classes, her "stage movement" would be much better.
@@marktulk4225
The Unvarnished truth Mark. It p____es me off. These are supposed to be professional rock guitarists. Not the first live performance at The School of Rock!
Kurt and Ron Wood can’t think on their feet.
Only Billy gibbons could hold his own.
Take away Kurts wa wa pedal and he’s got nothing here
What was that epileptic seizure on guitar that Ron Wood was doing?
At a tribute to jeff beck? Really?
@@JohnDoe-jc3clMy reply was restrained, to critique, generally.
Truth is, Beck wouldn't invite Ron Wood to his funeral, much less play.
I saw Jeff on their 1st US tour, with Rod Stewart, and Wood on bass. That was the "Truth" album, and they were really great. But like acts whose players can't stand each other, that was true. Beck quickly broke it up, said, "Rod and Wood would get together, have a little smoke, and would be giggling together, like a couple little schoolgirls. It was just embarrassing. A shame, though, 'cause I thought we sounded good, but I just couldn't take it..."
(verbatim, interview)
- In retrospect, if Rod and Wood hadn't been in Jeff Beck band, they'd be playing little, drunken pubs in UK, maybe.
- God only knows what the Stones see in Wood, considering all the other great guitarists available.
** Wood's only possible excuse is that he was so loaded on junk, that he couldn't tell what key they were in, but playing at Beck's Memorial Tribute ??
**Thanks for your reply.
Definitely the pensioners show
They didn't actually plug Johnny in, but he enjoyed himself.

I reckon I was destined to come across this channel, LOL.
This is excellent - but what the hell is J. Depp doing there ???
He brought the heroin.
Hanging out looking like a rock star.
For my money, Imelda and that pocket solid bass player saved that tune. And Imelda has to bail on her monitors right at the start, she’s a pro.
She always bails on her ear pieces. Imelda and BFG held it together with the bass and drummer, don't know what the feck the rest were doing.
👏👏👏👏👏
SOMEBODY FIND THE KEY. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE
bueno bueno
First, I respect that these folks are paying homage to Jeff Beck. That said, this is pretty mediocre playing all around…sad to say. However, I’d say Billy did hold it down for a bit.
Yes I feel the same way but people like it. Sounds like dog shit to me except the singer is great. Ronnie wood solo was painful. My dog plays better . Jonny depp is way out of his league . Kirk hammett plays great at his thing i guess but that solo here blows . Billy is still good but even he is out of his league . A bunch of drunk clowns paying tribute to the great Jeff Beck .i mean beck played better than that left handed . these guys all have balls I'll say that.
Depp is a joke.
Wanna be rock star
Billy's solo was at least the most on the mark.....others sounded like a bad garage band version....Billy more of master musician and uses his ears better.
Looks like David St. Hubbins sitting in the second or third row
Rip screaming Lord sutch
Who's the lady on bass?
Thanks to Ronnie and Johnny Depp for a great rendition!
Ronnie, yes
The Hollywood pretty boy, not so much
Jeff, Jeff, Jeff. He was an enigma. He'd pull out/off the greatest stuff in a line or on stage but album wise it wasn't happening. But that's what kept him evolving! His reaching out and plugging into that waterhole as Jimi Hendrix called it and coming back from there and creating sounds that were there for all to drink of but only he and few others could produce here on Earth. Ronnie is still alive. Wasn't sure if that was him. He's a hard man to do a tribute for but they were there and tried to sync up for Jeff. Such a unique talent.
well that was painful
Joe Perry needed to make this "Right"
Billy Gibbons was not used at all, WTF. Was Ron Woods toasted ?
he cant play anymore. ..In case you didnt notice hes an old old man
Sounds just like Tyler 😂
el mas peliculero es jony deep.
Is Johnnys guitar amp even plugged in.
Jeff Beck would turn around in his grave of shame if he could hear it
I prefer the Motorhead version ! :o]

At first I was like, whoa, Kirk Hammett isn't using wah! Then I was like, oh, he is using wah. Silly me.
Ronnie Wood.
Billy Gibbons.
Imelda May.
Kirk did an excellent rift.
..Johnny Depp.
It is so ignorant and dumb trying to exclude Depp. Grow up !
Kirk,white shoes ? Riff ?
'Riff' not 'rift'.
Kirk is out of tune , open your ears!!!!!!!
@@Io-Io-Io
Why?
Depp is a wanna be rock star who never paid his dues and can't hold these guys guitar picks.
🤔 Something just don't sound right?
That'll be Johnny Depp
Actually, I think it’s Billy Gibbons rhythm clashing with the others. When he broke off and started soloing, the rhythm cleaned up. After soloing and dropping back into the rhythm, it sounded off again.
shes got legs!🤑
Should have covered that song by ZZ Top!
Thanks for your continues love❤️ and support, that’s what keeps me going
How long have you been a fan of mine?
Hammett plays his solo in G, while the riff is in E and A. Completely tone deaf. What an embarrassment.
3:51 Johnny just spotted Amber Heard in the audience ^^
Who is the bassist here?
Great stuff-but wtf is Ronnie doing in that solo???????
🤔... not much ...of any use...😵💫🙄
I thought Ronnie did a damn good solo.
2nd x watching ( and listening) It looks like Billy gibbons was the only one that practiced.
Ron Wood and Kirk Hammett, can say, “ train wreck “
“ Garage band noise “
You pretty much mirrored what I said.....what a mess.
Why is Jimmy Page not on any of these???

Great show but whats wrong with the audience? Sitting around without emotions…? Strange to watch…
Probably because they are watching a train wreck
