- 4K video of our wonderful recumbent trike ride on the Neuse River Trail in Wake Forest, NC. This is the longest paved trail between Northern VA and GA. We're thankful for Dave and Sandy that drove up from Jacksonville, NC to ride with us. I ride an ICE Sprint FS 26 and Sharon rides an ICE Adventure RS. We love our ICE trikes!
No question about it, recumbent trikes are relaxing and fun to ride.
Easy to use and clean. Very convenient.

Beautiful N.C. The love of my heart.
What a wonderful video! Thank you! This will be added to my collection of videos to watch while on my trainer rollers, enduring deep snow outside during the winter here in Indiana. Can't wait to get down there to ride, too.
gmaneis thank you very much!
I'm looking into getting a trike. They look wonderful! Great video.
Hi Ken!
That was a great video! The trail is awesome, very beautiful. And we love the sun protection on your helmets, they are great! 😎👍
All the best

Liegerad on Tour thank me for watching!
Great looking trail! If the Valor Games resumes this Spring I’ll bring my Adventure HD along with the P4Max Basketball 🏀 Wheelchair and ride this trail.😎🐸
John Schmit we’d love to join you on a ride when you come up. Thanks for watching!
Fun video, thanks. How do you get the video to be so stable?
As a new subscriber and fellow Catrike owner , and a fan of your vids and music choice , I notice you are riding ICE trikes now . Do you still have the Expeditions or is this switch permanent ..
Are there any significant difference between the Ice Sprint and Ice Adventure?
Keith Mitchell they are both very well engineered but are different in several ways. The Adventure sits higher off of the ground and has a 20” rear wheel. Also, ours only has rear suspension whereas my Sprint has full suspension and a 26” rear wheel. Both ride significantly better than any trikes we’ve owned including models from Catrike, HP and Greenspeed.
@@krpoinboth have suspension and 26” wheel options. The sprint is more for road and paved trails where as the adventurer is better suited for all bike trails and some mild off trail activities.
Check out veloventures if you get the time
Hey, Ken, we got to get together and ride some before it gets cold. How is the recovery coming?
The Motivated Rider lets do that! My knee is healing well and I’m slowly building my strength back up on the trike. Thanks for asking. I look forward to riding with you soon!
You two got new bikes?
Bonnie Litts yes we bought ICE trikes with suspension and love them.
What brand rack do you transport the one Trike on?
Bonnie Litts Hitch Rider.
