Found your channel 2 days ago (and by virtue of that, also found out about Mega Man Maker) and I'm here for all of it! Great stuff. I love that you do reviews at the end and I dig the skills you show. Carry on, please, Skull Man!
This is a good multi-leveled stage, and feels like a correct Megavania. Good music, tilesets, background, enemy and hazard placement. Me personally, I would have added obstacles that require the weapons (thunder claw posts, bright stop switch puzzles, etc...) but, this is excellent work.
This is an above average stage for a Metroidvania/Castlevania. Well designed yet there could be ways to up the difficulty a little. The utility use for the Thunder Claw could give it a Super Castlevania 4 vibe and add a unique challenge to a stage for example the Clock Tower. I would have expected a harder stage layout of Shade Man as a Phase 2 for Dracula but Punk wasn’t a bad option. Other than that, it’s still got plenty going for it honestly.
Man, i love these Castlevania-themed levels, but, please don't forget to play the level i asked (the one with the ID 563688) (Remember the hint: when you get to the start of the level's purple section, head to the stairs at the left and you'll find a surprise!)
Interesting, what's also interesting is that I think I made my best level over spring break, feel free to poke it out. (What's under blockman's temple ID: 562724)
Fascinating playthrough ^^
I was shocked when that Double K.O. happened.
Never saw that one coming ^^;
